Took a trip to Osaka to view the city. The Castle is just around the corner, and the great getaway for food is just 10 minutes by taxi. Couldn't have asked for a better location... although parking for car was free, it was extremely difficult to park a larger vehicle. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I thought the room would be bigger, but it was just slightly a few feet larger than the queen sized bed that was in it. It was good, comfortable, and the temperature was just perfect. There were absolutely no views from the side of the building I was in, except the hospital next to it about 100 feet away though. I would definately stay there again, regardless. It was a good night of sleep, with the basics I needed: Bed (check), toilet (check), hot and cold water (check), shower and tub (check), TV (check)... with extra's too, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to clean.

I have to admit that this hotel was super clean, and was in a great location - a short walking distance from the Universal City subway station, Universal City Walk, and Universal Studios Japan. Honestly, my only complaint was that they had no room service and very little western food being served as a-la-carte. If you love Japanese food, than this won't be a problem for you. Fortunately, I was able to walk to the nearby Hard Rock Cafe to get some western food (hamburgers, chicken wings, french fries, etc.)

Food street is in a walking distance. A decent hotel with comfort environment, clean and spacious. Remember not to book the lowest grade room which may be small. Hotel service is good with free wifi.

The location was excellent. It is smack dab in the middle of a lively shopping district where there are a ton of bars (America Mura) and just across... from Shinsaibashi shopping street. Furthermore, the subway station is only about a (very tiny) block.away. There are a few things travelers should know, however: 1. There is no desk service from 10 pm to 8 am. So you may have a problem if you need to check in late. 2. There is no housekeeping. However, clean towels can be obtained from the front desk. I liked this as there wasn't anyone coming into the room at inconvenient times. 3. It is a Japanese style "business hotel" and not a tourist hotel, so it isn't fancy. Our nonsmoking room still smelled of cigarettes but it was clean. The bed was hard; however, I prefer it that way.. One problem I encountered was that the cabs at Namba station didn't know where the hotel was, so we ended up asking passerbys for directions and hoofing it. It was a 15 minute walk at a brisk pace. This is clearly a one-night hotel for businessmen. All rooms are smoking. It was smelly and unpleasant, but it was one block away from where we wanted to be.

The only reason if you ever want to stay here is because it is close to Shinsaibashi at reasonable rate and good size, otherwise you should not consider this hotel for its poor state of maintenance. The dust layer on top of the toiler roll holders indicate was so thick that it already turn black. The shower screen was moldy, worst of all the whole toilet […] stink of urine smell. The temperature at the hotel lobby was set to 28 deg C and one is perspiring even during the cold winter! Last but not least the toilet in the lobby could not flush so you can imagine the moment you look into this toilet. Read more

For Japan I was pleased with the size of the room. The hotel and room is a bit dated but for the price I was extremely pleased. The hotel staff were very helpful and the location was fantastic - could not have been better.

it's a convenient n clean hotel but the thing is you need to clean your own room as there were no room service like hotels. Other than that, the surrounding area are great. Lots of good food and jus behind the train station. But kinda hard to find if you don't know the place as there were no signboard.

6박 숙박 했었는데요.... 싼 가격 대신 청소는 안해줍니다. 대신 수건은 교환되구요 생각했던거 보다 훨씬 숙소안(욕실도)이 넓고 좋았어요 전자렌지도 있어서 아침챙겨먹기도 편했습니다. 오전에 로비가면 커피도 무료로 제공합니다. 처음 방에 들어갔을때 담배냄새가 좀 났던거랑 정수기 없는거 빼면 아주 만족합니다. 신사이바시역이랑도 가깝고 해서 이동하기도 좋아요

호텔이 아니라 모텔이 어울리는 표현인 듯. 하지만 다른 일본 호텔에 비해 공간이 넓고, 가격도 착합니다. 그런데 서비스는 별로 안 좋았구요. 멀티 어댑터를 빌려 달라고 했는데 없다고 안 주더군요.. 그래서 매우 불편했습니다. 택시 타기도 좀 그랬어요. 다행히 지하철 역근처에 큰 호텔이 있어서 그 앞에서 탔지요. 전반적으로 보통수준이예요. 높은 서비스를 원하시면 다른 곳을 추천드리나, 넓은 장소에 저렴한 비용을 원하시는 강추 합니다.
