This is a hotel, not an apartment. Very tiny kitchen, the type you see in hotels in the US, but without even a microwave. You get two tiny towels and have to pick up the remotes from the front desk. While they give you a key to your room, you have to be buzzed in the front gate and door.

I stayed here several days. It is a mix between an apartment rental and a hotel room. The size of the room itself is more of an hotel room, along with the daily cleaning. This is a nice apt right by the metro B line. Easy to get to from the airport. It is very close to many tram lines, 2 supermarkets and a few restaurants and bar. Since it's a bit off the main tourist attraction, prices are cheaper. They have internet but it's not wireless.

No sign for Na Belidle Apart-Hotel, entrance through a tunnel like alley way. Big iron gates locked at night, guests must ring bell for attendant to open gates at night (but no one informs you of this). Motion detector lighting, keep moving or lights go out leaving you in total darkness! Had booked a smoking room, sign on wall *NO SMOKING* after an […] argument, sign was taken down and an ashtray provided! Second night had to wait almost 20 minutes for attendant and the fourth night Bell wasn’t working, tried to phone reception no answer, I had to resort to rattling gates to get a response. Left waiting 37 minutes in freezing cold. Room quite large, bed linen clean although worn, room cleaned once on first day, 5 day stay no clean towels, Litter bins not emptied! SAT-TV needed to be reset and then no English speaking channels. Huge storage space in kitchen but had to ask for cutlery, pots and pans and had to wait till next day *NO MICROWAVE*! Website now denotes must request Microwave. NO WIFI, suggested I visit KFC for free WIFI!! Thin room walls, could here guests in neighbouring rooms, tilled floors very noisy when guests coming in and out, especially laddies wearing high heels. No phone in room and intercom didn’t work either. Staff helpful? Not really ! Breakfast served in a grubby cafe 200 meters away on main street The only plus, fantastic location, Trams, busses and Metro within minutes walking distance. Very well located, very convenient, very nice staff. Rooms are quite spacious. Only wired internet and if you choose a smoking room it may not be taken into account but overall, very little to complain about. We stayed there for 5 days and it felt almost like living in a studio!

The best think about this accommodation is its location - so convenient for transport as the trams and underground station is just few meters distant. The hotel is off the main street in courtyard so it isn't noisy. It is a nice walk across the river towards the historical part of the city. It was a clean and large room and in a great location. The tram is right at the end of the road as is the Metro. This hotel was a real puzzle. The room was spacious and almost brand new yet the kitchenette was so poorly provisioned it made it nearly useless. The maid service seemed to be solely to remove a bag of rubbish and provide an addtinonal toilet roll with no evidence of any other service over three days. Extremely convenient location away from the crowds but with all facilities, lots of restaurants and shops nearby; very good public transport. We have expected aircon for extra fee as described, but the rooms we had - #1 and 2 had no aircon, so #1 was very hot. Other than that, perfect for the price, extremely helpful staff. While the hotel was nicely furnished there were barely any amenities in the apartment. It lacked even a broom. We received a pot and pan, and iron only upon request. This was quite different than our apartment in Krakow that even had a coffee maker. Overall, though, for the money it was fine.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut - in diesem Bezirk kann man kostenlos parken und gelangt zudem fußläufig oder mit der Tram in die Altstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit einem Supermarkt, in dem man alles zu guten Preisen bekommt. Es wurden vermutlich von der Putzfrau nur die Handtücher und die Mülltüten täglich gewechselt. […] Bei Bezug des Zimmers befanden sich sogar noch Krümel der Vormieter auf dem Küchentisch. In die Ecken sollte man bei diesem Zimmer lieber nicht schauen - dort wurde anscheindend länger nicht geputzt. Die Einrichtung sieht noch recht neu aus - es sind keine Abnutzungsspuren zu sehen. Aufgrund der super Bewertungen und der beschriebenen Kinderfreundlichkeit bezogen wir dieses Hotel um ein verlängertes Wochenende in Prag zu verbringen. Wir reisten nur mit dem Nötigsten im Rucksack an, da das Hotel mit Kinderclub und ausreichend Spielzeug wirbt (siehe Beschreibung und Bilder). Leider wurde uns als erstes gesagt, dass es keinen Kinderclub […] gibt und man auch nicht weiß, wie die Bilder des "Kinderclubs" hier auf die Internetseite (und auf die anderen Internetportale) kommen. Zum Zimmer: Die Küche ist eher spartanisch ausgestattet. Es gibt weder Toaster noch Kaffemaschine oder Backofen. Der Fernseher ist für Ausländer, die kein tschechisch sprechen, nicht nutzbar, da nur eine handvoll tschechische Programme laufen. Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Der Fußboden des Zimmers war nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstück sollte man tunlichst meiden. Man erhält für einen Aufpreis einen Coupon für ein Cafe gegenüber. Dort kann man sich ein Frühstücksmenu von der Karte aussuchen, welches die hälfte des Coupons gekostet hätte. Positives: Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten auf Nachfrage ein kostenloses Kinderbett. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist super und gleich nebenan gibt es ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum. Read more

Séjour très agréable dans un appart hotel très bien situé ( à 10 minutes en tram de tous les plus beaux endroits de Prague, juste à côté de l'ange de Jean Nouvel) dans un immeuble ancien refait à neuf. Parfait si vous appréciez de prendre votre petit dej en pyjama ou de vous faire cuire des pâtes.

Rigtigt fint sted kun få hundrede meter fra sporvogn og metro der kører hele tiden. Det eneste minus er at bilen ikke kan holde ved hotellet men skal holde ude på vejen, men et sted vi gerne vil tilbage til.

Au début , on est surpris par la situation de l'hotel, qui ne ressemble pas du tout à un hotel. Mais, une fois à l'intérieur, c'est déjà mieux. Trés bien la chambre studio avec cuisine, qui permet de confectionnner les repas . Situé dans le centre ville, tout est à porté , même à pieds.

Die gute Anbindung an die Metro und die Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums sind klare Vorteile des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war zudem sehr geräumig, nagelneu eingerichtet und sauber. Von Nachbarn etc. hat man keinen Lärm mitbekommen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt --> Weiterempfehlung kann ich geben.

Appartamento nuovissimo e ottimamente accessoriato. Personale sempre presente e disponibile. E' ottimamente posizionato poco fuori dalla zona centralissima (25 min. a piedi da ponte Carlo - 6 min con il tram) in una zona ben frequentata e con tutti i servizi. Lo consiglio.
