The rooms are very comfortable, clean, the hotel staff are friendly and always available. The breakfast is good and abundant. The only drawback I'd have to say is that the wifi in the room is chargeable.

Situated in Shah Alam, The Saujana Kuala Lumpur is in the suburbs and close to Saujana Golf and Country Club, Glenmarie Golf and Country Club, and Kelana Jaya Lake Park. Also nearby are Subang Parade and Empire Shopping Gallery.
Resort Features.
The Saujana Kuala Lumpur has a full-service spa, an outdoor pool, and a steam room. Public areas are equipped with high-speed (wired) Internet access (surcharges apply). This 4-star resort features business amenities including a 24-hour business center, small meeting rooms, and limo/town car service. Dining options at the resort include 8 restaurants along with a bar/lounge. A complimentary breakfast is available. The staff can arrange concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and wedding services. Additional amenities include a nightclub, a fitness facility, and a sauna. Guest parking is complimentary.

"Friendly and helpful staff"
The hotel is Very dated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. It would be a superb place if this was undertaken. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for our purpose, although if you don't have a car it would be inconvenient.
"Hotel Saujana"
We stayed in a smoking room, which may have been the problem, as the room was really quite tatty and rough around the edges, with a lovely view across the rooftops. I guess this is often the case for smoking rooms, but it was disappointing given we were paying the same as non-smoking. Next time I will stay in a non-smoking room to do a comparison! But […] the hotel itself is really nice for a quiet night away, great bar, great restaurants, great breakfast (even if they did close the buffet 10 minutes before they were supposed to). My only complaint would be the quality of the room we had. Read more
