The hotel's own website seems to understate its excellent location, as it has an opening into the main street of Sorrento just a short walk from the main square. It is within walking distance of the scenic old mill, the train station, the marina (with its outstanding seafood restaurants) and its stunning views of the bay of Naples and the hillside villas and hotels of Sorrento. The staff was very accommodating to our special needs, allowing us to leave our luggage and to use its restroom facilities even after we had checked out. Also, the price of the rooms was reasonable. Our party did not take the advice of the female night clerk who recommended that we eat at the restaurant next door; instead, we ate at Ristorante Delfino at the marina (which I also highly recommend).

Very happy with Hotel Sorrento City. Staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Room was very comfortable with the only drawback being the TV in the room had only one Engligh speaking channel (MTV...ugh). Excellent location and easy to find right on the main street near the train station. Very good breakfast and free Wi-Fi included which worked very well in the room. Highly recommend Hotel Sorrento City.

We were going back to Charlotte NC. From the moment tbat we steped into the lobby area, We were greeted, taken care of. The hotel management to the person that carried our baggage to our room I felt that I was coming back to friends. I will stay at this hotel when ever I am in Naples. It was an outstanding short stay. What a palace.

"Schönes ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage"
Wir haben in diesem Hotel einen absolut schönen Traumurlaub verbracht. Das Hotel war super sauber (es wurde mehrmals täglich das Zimmer gereinigt) und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel besticht mit seiner relativ zentralen aber trotzdem sehr ruhigen Lage. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung an Verkehrsmittel auf der Insel. Stadt Capri ist gut Zufuß erreichbar.

Hotel della piccola marina es un hotel de muy buena calidad. Es muy tranquilo y el servicio es bueno. Pero lo mas destacable de este hotel es la ubicacion, cerca de todo (tiendas, supermercado, restaurantes) pero aun asi no habia ruido alguno. Habia poca variedad de desayuno, pero todo muy delicado.
