Shuttle service was punctual; room was clean although the shower curtain seemed to contain DNA samples of the last 20 or so guests; breakfast buffet was varied; the neighborhood consisted of warehouses. Not a place to stay if you want one more shot at Madrid nightlife, but close enough to the airport to make an early departure convenient.

My wife and I spent 3 days in this hotel on the way home from Rome. The hotel and room was ultra-modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff were all very, very friendly and helpful. My wife wants to return to Spain to explore the country. She and I agree that we must stay in this hotel again.

If you are staying in Madrid in transit overnight, this is a good choice. Rooms and their breakfast are OK. For me, the most convenient aspect was their free transfer service to and from Barajas. I stayed here both arriving and departing Madrid--as i had a late arrival and a very early airport departure time. This is a great hotel for that purpose. We were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The lobby was loud and crowded with a large tour group (possibly two). The restaurant was buffet only and also loud and crowded. They over-charged us. Parking was free, but the lot was packed, hard to maneuver in and hard to find. The industrial park is deserted at night, and creepy, with no nearby restaurants. The pool was locked up before 7pm. The hotel seems to be in two buildings. I don't know about the first building, but ours was stuffy and hot, no a/c in the hallways. Our room was also hot and took over an hour to cool off. The elevators were slow and then slammed shut quickly, mashing bags and bodies with no apparent stopping mechanism. The food in the buffet was ok. We chose the hotel because it was supposed to be close to the airport, yet it took us nearly 20 minutes to get to the airport. This was a great hotel for an overnight layover between flights. Air conditioned, modern and good shuttle service. A word of warning though, be sure to book your shuttle spot in advance. They were full for my intended departure time but were kind enough to make an additional trip between their scheduled hourly services.

No tengo ninguna queja. Quizá que el hotel está algo apartado de alguna zona urbana, ya que está en un polígono, pero todos los hoteles alrededor del aeropuerto están en esa misma situación. La ventaja de estas ubicaciones: que no hay ruidos exteriores. La habitación amplia, nueva, limpia y todo funcionando correctamente. La cama cómoda. El personal […] del hotel muy atento y amable. El transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa rápido y sin problemas; llamé al llegar y vinieron enseguida a por mí. Está un pelín alejado, porque está en Torrejón, pero para llegar a otros hoteles que están más cerca del aeropuerto pero al otro lado de la autovía (Axor, Kris, etc.) también se tarda casi lo mismo por el rodeo que hay que dar. En total hay unos 15 minutos de la T2 al hotel. No comí en el hotel pero vi las cenas y el buffet del desayuno y me pareció que estaba muy bien. Tiene máquinas de snacks y de refrescos a precios normales (otros hoteles abusan con esto). Sin duda se ha convertido en uno de mis preferidos, junto con Axor o Auditorium, para alojarme cada vez que volviendo a España tenga que hacer escala en Madrid o quedarme algunos días en la capital por negocios. Das Empfangspersonal dürfte noch etwas herzlicher und wärmer sein (gilt nicht für den Shuttlefahrer, der ausgesprochen dienstfertig und nett war), was allerdings bei der herrschenden Kälte in Madrid auch wieder verständlich war.
