Trump International Hotel Waikiki Beach Walk - Honolulu

The hotel is located in a convenient street. Close to everywhere. Room is nice and service is great. The only thing is the pool is kinda small, but we are in Hawaii. It's a beach place, so the pool is not a big issue. The overall is a great hotel. We will come back again!

This hotel provided the best service I have ever experienced. Every person (from housekeepers to bellhops to the concierge) went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. No need to bring beach towels they'll give you a beach bag with supplies. My only complaint was the size of the pool/hottub and that it is a 10 min walk to the central part of Waikiki […] Beach. On the other hand, who wants to spend time at a hotel pool when in Hawaii? And who's to complain about a beautiful beach walk. In fact some may not want to go to the busy central area of the beach anyway and stay by the park where you can spread out. On a side note, this may not necessarily be the best atmosphere for kids, but a very romantic setting for couples. Read more

The Trump International at Waikiki Beach was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff at the hotel was very professional and service is their mantra. If this is what other Trump hotels are like, I wouldn't hesitate staying in another while vacationing. They made the vacation perfect for us.

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff exceeded our expectations. We never had to request for anything once we arrived, the staff went over and beyond to service us. Water was provided daily, beach bags were packed with towels, sunscreen, fruits, and bottled water when you needed them for the beach. I have to say that this hotel has an exceptional staff and great service. The pool is small. It has a limited ocean view as half the hotel is blocked by the Outrigger Hotel. Mr. Okuhara and Ms. Tsuji sent a handwritten note when I was slightly inconvenienced by some noise. I thought that was classy. I also felt that the staff always asked if we needed anything from water to directions. So if you want to stay in the Waikiki area and want to be pampered, spend a little more $$$ and stay at the Trump Int'l. It also stands out amongst the other Trump properties where I've stayed. best service i have ever had!!!! got to the hotel and they put on leis on me and my wife. went to the 6th floor to check in and they gave us a studio and partial ocean view on the 21st floor(which was booked). However, i ask for an upgrade and they gave us a 13th floor ocean view. I was a bit skeptical about 13th floor vs 21st, but the 13th floor view […] is perfect and i choose that. every time we went out side the concierge was very helpful and always smiling. when we would come back to the hotel again all employees were very helpful and smiling. they even booked a car for me after i told them what my daily car budget was, and gave me directions to all the popular sites. not only that they also suggested places not on the map!!!! at night the room service comes and cleans your room again if you want to. we were not in the room most of the time so when cleaning crew came at night they cleaned top to bottom and put new towels in the bathroom. not only that, they even put bottles of water next to the bed. the trump is not on on the beach, but i would stay here any day over the other hotels that are on the beach. trump is in the heart of waikiki so there are restaurants and shops all around. trump made it happen for my wife and i, and i would come back to this hotel again Read more
