Great hotel. I will use the hotel again. Kitchen is useful. There are also blender, plates, dished, glasses, cups..... Nice view from balcony. housekeeping was twice a day. 2, 3 bottles of water a day were free. 10 min from DFS. Egg's things is few min walk. The best place to see beautiful fireworks on Friday night. We've been coming to Waikiki for a more then 10yrs now and typically stay at Moana Surfrider...we stayed st both and now with 2 children preschooler and 9mth old Trump is far more superior...simply because u have the option of morning breakfast with a dining table in the room...or reheating food in a microwave...doing laundry in […] ur room...essentially all the amenities of home...for us being somewhat local we just look for relaxing time away from home...the pool although children are welcome is more for adults and the beach well go towards the Sheraton or Ala Moana beach to avoid the rocks. From the Concierge, the Valets, the housekeeping staff, everyone spoke with a sincere smile and treated you like they were so glad to have you there. There was even a Denny's amongst the high scale restaurants and popular eateries to accomodate all travlers. We had a beautiful suite. The room was kept clean daily & turned down each evening with soft lighting & music. It was sweet, each time, the housekeepers added a litle personal touch to the room. The service was outstanding. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and the Trump representatives treated us like royalty. The hotel is located 1 block from the ocean and every room appeared to have ocean views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the 'turn-down" service was a pleasant surprise when we came back from a late dinner.

The room was exactly as we reserved, non-smoking, king size bed with an ocean view. The staff was wonderful. They made us feel like VIP's from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with seashell leis and taken to the lobby on the sixth floor where we were given water and a brief tour. Perfect choice. This hotel is a 5 out of 5. There is no negative point. Kitchen in the room was very usefull. Car parking is daily 30$. At first, 30$/day may seems much but when you compare that to public parks, the price very reasonable. The beach bag is also very very usefull.

The room has everything you need. the kitchen has induction cooktops, coffee machine etc. We loved it! The only thing is that the pool is too small to swim, but you can go to the beach, which is only 2 mins! The hotel offer free beach […] bag, which has some towels, sunscreen, fruits, icy water. Valet parking is $30/day. Too expensive. The hotel next door used to offer multi-day parking pass (15/day or something), but they just cancelled this in May 2012. You can sell try the post office parking (30meters away), which is $15/24hours. But it can be difficult to find a spot during the day. Overall, very good hotel. Will stay again! Read more
