      Spendid hotel in semi-tropical gardens. Some features need atterntion, such as bath and celing fixture, but hotel is simply spenldid and very highly reccommended.

      Spent one night before proceeding to the airport . Amazing room but a little dark to my liking ( i generally prefer white colored bedding vs the multi-colored bedding) . Bed was comfortable . TV was great and the room service was good too. Reception was kind enough to get me a cab in the wee hours of the morning . Location is very central and I had a lot of vegetarian options around . Nice place to stay .

      I decided to stay in this place for some personal business in Bangalore. The room was spacious and the bedding was clean and comfortable. TV was good and had all the channels I cared about . Restrooms were neat and clean and great hot water in the shower. decent breakfast ( i think they try to accomodate a variety of cuisines and some of the items did not taste authentic - case and point the chutney's were diluted but I am nitpicking here ! ) For the most part this served my needs and would go back any time .

    This hotel is a good choice if you are on a budget in Bangalore. It's in a great location and is well-run. They pretty much leave you alone--which I... like--but respond to any requests quickly and efficiently (the tv in my room wasn't working for example and they sorted it out.) Even though the hotel is on the very busy Residency Road (near the junction with Brigade Road) my room on the 6th floor, facing the back, was relatively quiet. by Lizzy  from London, UK on 01/11/13

    I made online booking to this hotel. The receptionist was very rude and impolite. He should be thought to smile and recieve the tired clients coming in after prior bookings to avoid any hassle. he talked in such a way as saying get lost I dont mind wheter you have booked or not

    The staff were very freindly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and well priced. The location was fabulous and rooms comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next shopping spree to Bangalore
