This luxury resort is in the scenic Hill Country region of San Antonio, 12 miles from the airport and 18 miles from downtown. Two PGA TOUR championship golf courses adjoin the resort.
Hotel Features.
The River Bluff Water Experience, a six-acre water park, features five heated pools (including adults' and children's pools), three waterslides, spa tubs, a lazy river, and a water ride with river-like rapids. TPC San Antonio, open only to resort guests and club members, offers two championship golf courses - one designed by Greg Norman, the other by Pete Dye. The 26,000-square-foot Lantana Spa has 30 treatment rooms, including two couples' suites with fireplaces. A private, lagoon-style spa pool faces the wooded hills. Two outdoor private treatment rooms are also available. Seven on site dining options include the Cibolo Moon restaurant featuring Texas cuisine and complemented by Hill Country views. Other dining-and-refreshment options include a sports bar, clubhouse grill, waterside restaurant, spa bistro, and lobby lounge. JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Golf Resort & Spa also offers room service. Supervised child care/activities (surcharge) are also available.
There is a 24-hour business center with 265,000 square feet of space that includes 20 meeting/conference rooms, exhibit space, audio-visual equipment and a technology help desk. There is also high-speed wired/wireless Internet access (surcharge) as well as a ballroom and banquet facilities. This is a smoke-free property; fines apply for violations.
