Located directly across the street from the event center. Beds were comfortable. Area seemed to be a hopping place. Went to concert & checked out next morning by 9. Have no problem staying here again.

Attractive interior, nice area, shopping paradise, too hot outdoors but really comfy indoors. Clean everywhere. Lovely courtyard in the center, outdoors with plants rock garden and waterfountains. if it weren't so hot I'd have been there more. great parking. Bistro serving full breakfast and lunch-like foods for dinner. served great starbucks concoctions. staff at Bistro were really great. front desk was very organized.

I stayed here with my two children. My mother drove in to meet us and we met a friend from Paris on a layover. This hotel and location had everything we needed in a very close vicinity! We did shopping, had great visits, and loved it!!

I booked a king suite, but was disappointed that it did not have a sofa bed. Kevin did an excellent job getting us into another room that better fit our needs. Close parking, near great shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wife enjoyed the shopping and convenience that the hotel provided. Great room, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Only suggestion we had is that there were no vending machines on our floor. Small inconvenience, but would have been nice to have something closer. Would definitely choose the same location if the opportunity presents itself.

This is the nicest Courtyard I've ever stayed in. It has a very large lobby and courtyard with multiple spaces to stretch out and work or just relax. The hotel is adjacent to a very large shopping center with multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as a Target. There is also a Whole Foods Market across the road. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to DFW.

Had there not been a 'venting issue' (as the front desk put it) this would've been an uneventful pleasant stay. My room was clean, fresh, large and comfortable. The hotel was clean, fresh and comfortable as well. However the elevator and the 4th floor smelled like raw sewage the whole time.

Everytime we stay here the service is fantastic. The hotel is clean. The front desk personnel are so friendly and give you their full attention. The price is reasonable as well. Pool area is always clean. Would not stay anywhere else

The hotel was convient to shopping and close to family. I wish the restaurant had better breakfast selection or a breakfast buffet. The people working the restaurant were friendly and helpful but may have needed another person working so the wait wasn't so long. Overall it was a good experience and would stay again.

The location is great, the staff was great, easy parking. Stayed on the eighth floor and asked for a change of room do to street traffic noise,and the drain in the shower was not working properly. Moved across the hall to a rear exposure and it was a great quiet room. But no improvement with the shower drain. Showers did not drain properly in both rooms 2-3 inches of standing water after a brief to average time to shower, drains very slow. Second persons shower, drain back up even worse. There was also an offensive odor in the halls of the eighth floor, near the mechanics room.

The a/c was very noisy as was the bathroom next door. The room was clean and comfortable and near a lot of places to eat, all in all a great stay.

ROOM WAS GOOD AND LOCATION WAS IN A GREAT. ONLY THING WAS ROOM WAS DUSTY AND DOORS OPENED TO OTHER ROOMS SHOWED DUST ALSO IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE GLASS BALLS HANGING THEY NEED TO BE CLEAN ALSO.

My husband and I went to Allen for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the hotel, indoor pool and hot tub, plus dining and shopping within walking distance. Cannot wait to do it again!

The hotel was wonderful; close to everything fun in Allen! The room was clean and very nice! The staff, especially Edna, was outstanding! We will definitely be back! I love being able to walk to surroundings restaurants and shops! Thanks for everything!
