We really enjoyed our stay and taking in the shopping areas and restaurants. Allen has grown and will return. One issue concerned us.... A gentleman assisting the bartender getting ready for the evening, was reaching into the popcorn machine with his bare hands several times to eat several handfuls.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Hotel and Staff"
The room was clean, new and well kept. The staff were very helpful. Even the price was pretty good for the hotel. It is also close to several stores to walk to eat dinner or go shopping. So, the location is good (if you need to stay in the area anyway). My only complaint is that there was no free breakfast. Just a Starbucks in the hotel with high prices. "Very disappointing stay"
The beds were terrible. The pillows were terrible. The heating/cooling was terrible. The front desk staff was very disappointing. I left a Nordstrom garment bag in my room, notified them and have yet to receive a response as two days will have passed since I notified them. "Super friendly staff! Go Man U!!"
Edna was the lady that checked us in. She was absolutely delightful! We checked in late due to my daughter having a late soccer game. She noticed the soccer gear and asked my three kids about the sport and our favorite team. She was truly interested and held conversations with each of my three kiddos about the sport she also loves. "Nice but staff needs work"
Room was not very clean. Shampoo and lotion were used. I needed late check out and it took four people to get it figured out, then on my checkout morning they called asking why I was still in my room.
