What a beautiful hotel. Suite was huge clean and super comfy. We were the 2nd room off of the lobby and heard nothing when people checked in etc. Luxury linens duvets, feather comforters, big pillows, and huge modern bathroom. Indoor pool and spa, spa heater was broken but both very clean. Welcome includes nachos/cheese//jalapenos and flavored coffee. […] Breakfast was excellent. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. It was great, the place was so clean and neat, the room was perfect. I loved the small couch area and the beds/bathroom were excellent. Out AC broke the second night, but it was cool out so we did not fret about it. Great place overall.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.The breakfast was hot and fresh. It was close to all the attractions that you can see in Waycross. It was easy to find and off the main highway there in Waycross. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping.

The room is not as big and confortable as they show on the internet. We got the king size room with a sleeper sofa, when you open the sofa there was no space to pass by to go to the bathroom. The room service staff did not fix the beds unless we ask then ( They said that most of the hotels dont do that, like this is the first time we stay in a hotel). […] The breakfest is poor. The laundry room did not work for the whole time we stay there (4 days). And someone stole our daughter perfume , taking the liquid from the bottle and replancing with water ( shes just 1 year old and Im the only one who use on her). I did talk with the manager about all this issues and as I was talking with him he told "be brief about it my complains". So dont be full by the looks of the hotel. Read more

Although the first desk clerk I met when I checked in seemed completely uninterested in her job, another one I spoke to about sightseeing was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and was a good size with a modern LCD television set. The shower head was awful and either sprayed like a pressure washer or splattered all over, including outside the shower. When I first turned it on for my son, I soaked my clothes because of the way the shower head sprayed in every direction. I will pick a different hotel in the future because of this. The stay was wonderful and the check in hostees was great. We where going to The Okefenokee Swamp and she ask us if we had coupons and we said we did. The hours for breakfast can be move up to 10:00. We stayed in 2 other hotels this week and the breakfast hours end at 10:00. When on vacation you really dont what to be rushed, we didnt have a set time […] to be any where and we could not sleep in due to breakfast hours. Everything was GREAT. The kids enjoyed the pool. Nice accommodations for the price, but you can hear EVERYTHING between the walls, so if you're noisy, keep it down. At check-in the staff was very coordial and helpful with directions and recommendations. The grounds, lobby and room was clean. There is a quiet peacefull waterfall in the lobby. The only negative is that the hotel pumps in what appears to be "aroma therapy" through the ventilation system in the bathrooms. You can actually smell the floral scent as […] you pass by each door in the establishment. It didn't bother my wife that much, but I thought it was overpowering. Die gute Lage zu den Okefenekee Swamps war ausschlaggebend für die Wahl des Hotels. Ein großes Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht zu einem SpitzenPreis - und der Mexikaner um die Ecke war auch sehr gut und preiswert. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise.
