"Nothing short of Amazing"
Its almost like being at home, except of course the service, pool, beach, restaurant, and the condominium. Oh wait, it is different than being at home. A LOT DIFFERENT!

"Old but comfortable"
I was a little concerned when I first saw the outside of the building, it's old and a little rough around the edges. Once we got inside though all was wonderful! It is right on the prominade, steps away from the beach. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. The beds were a bit small but comfy. The customer service was fantastic! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We were there with kids and grandparents and all had a great time! Would stay again.

"Great hotel at a good price."
Great location. The 5th floor partial ocean view room was great. Our unit was semi newly remodeled, with a very modern kitchen and furniture and gas fireplace. The carpets need to be replaced, but everything else was newish. It sounds like the units vary in terms of how updated they are, so we are fortunate to have gotten a newer one. Excellent location. The weather was very cold and rainy and windy, so we spent most of the time in the hotel, but still felt like a vacation with the great ocean view and full wall of glass. We liked the washer and dryer in the unit too.

"Last minute booking just after Christmas"
We booked this condo just four days in advance for two days after Christmas. Given the last minute availability, we were very pleased! I imagine if we booked earlier, the (unit) scores would be even better! These condos are individually owned, so I imagine there is some variance. Regardless, they are spacious, functional and great for a family trip to the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. It is a block off the main downtown area, and on a great beach. Great family spot!

The pictures of the Condo was not at all what we received. The outdated accommodations definitely left us not impressed with the facility. Also, the construction was quite disruptive. We will not be returning or recommending this facility to anyone.

"Great location"
08/26/15 spbos14 boston, ma
We stayed in 302, which is an oceanfront 2 bedroom. It was well-appointed and comfortable, if a little dated. We were here for the view and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the prom and Broadway, the main drag. It suited our needs very well, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a washer/dryer. Having a full size fridge was great. Linens, TP and paper towel are provided as are soaps and small shampoos. They also provide daily maid service. The property is very clean, maintenance seemed to be always working, however the appearance from the outside is quite dated. The front desk staff was friendly. They do provide trolleys to get your things to your condo. The elevators are quite slow. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the people go by on the prom. It was a great value for us, and a great home base from which to explore the area.

"Make sure it is 414"
08/25/15 Howieboy Seattle, Washington
Each condo is maintained by the owners. This is by far the nicest one, modern clean and bright and cheerful. Side view of the ocean and view of mountains. You can sit in the living room and look out at the ocean or on the deck. My mom had 302, front view of the ocean, nice but, old interior needs help. 414 had everything you need in the kitchen, it was well stocked. Conveniently located by the main road " Broadway" in Seaside. Vacasa Rentals now handles the rentals they are new to this complex and our just leaning the ropes, a little patience is needed.

"Good ocean view, sub par condo"
08/18/15 JenninSeattle
This was my first trip to Seaside. Positives: We stayed in #400 which was clean inside and the view was good. That's it other than items we asked for arrived promptly. Negatives: Upon arrival the building looks like a prison during day from the East side where you pull up. This was probably the ugliest building on the beach. Parking was not abundant, so you will likely need to park across the street in the dimly lit chain linked lot. There was a big digger doing some construction at the time. The pool is small and next to the slow elevators, pretty unattractive lobby all of which do not give you a good feeling. Yikes! I thought to myself, I dropped over a grand for 3 nights for this? which I was not happy about :( The couch was sinking so low you had to use your large leg muscles to get out of it. The kitchen had no blender and the pots/pans were minimalistic. The air is untouchable, no fans anywhere not even in bathroom to defog shower. I tried locking the deadbolt and the screws sticking up cut my finger! Beach water + cut = ouch !Ugh, disappointing all around. Partial refund please?

"Pet Friendly & Ocean Front"
08/16/15 kijoma
We wanted a pet friendly location that was ocean front - Sand & Sea Condos filled that ticket. Our room was on the third floor with picture windows & a balcony facing the ocean. The interior was a bit dated but clean. Located on the boardwalk and about two blocks from the promenade, we had easy walking access to most everything. This is our "go to" place when hitting Seaside.

"Double Booked"
08/02/15 Sylvana2600 Seattle, Washington
The rental management company confirmed our reservation on the 17th. We called to add 2 more people on to our reservation a day before our arrival. The rental management company and the front desk staff both okayed the additional people and noted the reservation. We drove in from out of state to reach our destination, only to hear from the front desk that our reservation had been cancelled 3 days earlier (not by us). This "cancellation" was odd since we never received an email, refund or notice even when we called to add the 2 additional people to our reservation. The front desk staff made reference that they had extended the prior guest stay because our reservation was "cancelled". The front desk told us they didn't have any rooms for us and were not going to let us stay in the room we had paid for. Rather than resolving this issue, they had the rental management company call us directly to solve the problem they created. The management company wouldn't help us find another place to stay anywhere in Seaside. In the end neither the front desk staff or management company made the situation right. We told them to give us a refund and we were left trying to find last minute accommodations.

"Heading back next week!"
07/30/15 SustainableImage
At first glance, the place looks a bit run down. It's an older building with individually owned condos. Each place has similar lay out, but with a different decor. But once you get settled in, you realize it's clean, has wi-fi, TV, a washer and dryer, and private bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with hardware cups and plates & you can store and prepare full meals. Even if you choose a room that doesn't face the beach, you are a hop away. The kids can enjoy the indoor pool, and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. These units don't include laundry soap- so make sure to bring your pods. They are absent of condiments, oils and most kitchen foods you would likely see in an air bnb rental. A slight drawback, but not bad. Just be sure to pack or buy what you might want to use. There are grocery stores in town. A coffee shop across the street & plenty of restaurants. This was a perfect family retreat as well as a solo trip for myself. We are headed back there next week, and excited to relax and enjoy our first room facing the ocean!

"Great view, location and very kid friendly!"
07/29/15 Jeanette R Sammamish, Washington
Pros: * The View! Really need to get an ocean view, so close and gorgeous. * Staff is super friendly * We were a family of 5 and very comfortable in our two bedroom, 3 bed unit. * Kitchen is stocked well including pots and pans, tea kettle, blender, measuring cups and more. * Love having a washer and dryer! After a day at the beach it's nice to clean clothes. * Pool was great on the one rainy day we were there. Very small but perfect for little kids. * Our room was nice and cute, all rooms differ it seems. * Units were very quiet, did not hear neighbors * No street between you and the beach, only the promenade which has an opening to the beach right at the condo's. Cons: * No air conditioning so need to keep the windows open but there is a nice cool ocean breeze all day. * Outside of building is older (around 1970's) and not maintained well. * Pool was slightly over chlorinated but we only used one day. * Bedroom windows face main hallway and you can hear people walking outside. Overall this would still be my first choice for a place to stay when in Seaside. I would only go there with the family (really a kids town) and with the family I loved having the larger unit with full kitchen. Cooking meals on a real stove-top and having a full size fridge helped with not eating every meal out. Also having the extra room that a hotel would not have was a good bonus. There were 5 of us staying there and it never felt cramped.

"Great views from #614"
07/23/15 WanderingShebo Bend, Oregon
We stayed in unit 614 for two nights and had a total of five adults with us. I was impressed by the contemporary-with-a-dash-of-rustic decor. The owners obviously put a lot of thought into their decorating choices from the stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, to the beach-themed pictures on the walls. I LOVED the chunk of wood (juniper?) that is the mantle. It is also obvious that IKEA was their friend. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you should need. Everything is new and is of good quality. The two couples in our party each had a bedroom. The single guy had one of the two sofa beds. The beds were firm but okay. The sofa bed was as comfortable as you expect most of them to be - the support bar underneath could be felt when you lay down on it. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped. There are some board games and beach toys in the closets. One of the twenty somethings in our group enjoyed making sand castles with a small red bucket that was provided. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were great. Note that this room looks in a sort of southwest direction. The porch allows you to soak up the views and the ocean breeze. Now for a couple cons to this place. The front door and doorknob need to be replaced. It didn't seem to shut tightly and the key was difficult to remove. The faux wood plank doors were a little noisy. Maybe they didn't use the right underlayment (?) The two bedrooms and the living room all have flat screen TVs and DVD players with MANY remotes. Universal remotes might make it easier for renters to figure out. When we were there it was unusually hot. There is no AC so we opened the sliding door. A fan or two may have made us feel cooler but most of the time nature provides the air conditioning there. All in all I would recommend this place and it is in a nice location.

"Terrific location"
07/02/15 Nifervon Salt Lake City, Utah
Stayed at one of these units for 2 nights. Wonderful location! I love that they offered carts to take up all your luggage and check-in was a breeze. There is a small, round pool that can be used in the complex. The unit itself was clean and had a wonderful view. Very spacious. We especially loved all the toys they had available for the kiddos as well as a large selection of movies and games. There were 6 of us traveling (2 of those being young kids) and there was more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen is fully stocked well with appliances and accessories. Overall just a great place and we'd definitely stay here again. The proximity to the beach is perfect and convenient.

"Overall great experience!"

We stayed in the jewel tone condo room 214 for a week. If you can get past the carpet, the kitchen and guest bathroom were updated nicely. The couches were super comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows were awesome. The unit is on the side but the balcony still has a really great view of the ocean. Only downsides were no blinds in the bedrooms and no fan in the bathrooms. Location was great and view was great. We didn't use the pool. It's indoor and just didn't look inviting.
