The room was clean, the front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was ok. The only problem was finding the front entrance for the first time at night. Outside of that we had a great stay.

Here while working away from home. Very comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Grab coffee and a bite to eat on my way out the door for work in the mornings and it starts the day peacefully. I'll come back.

Checked in late. No wash cloths in room. Air conditioner leaking on carpet. Hair dryer worked a few seconds and then died. Hotel staff made aware of carpet and hair dryer Breakfast waffles were great

Hotels in College Station were all booked up for parents weekend so we found this out-of-the-way hotel for an excellent price. Seeing as how it was in a small town I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised as the hotel was clean and well-kept with a friendly staff.

My husband, 5 month old & I intended to stay in Giddings but they were all full so at 10:30pm on a Friday night we had no place to stay. We had no idea the little town of Giddings would be so populated that weekend. We searched hotels.com & found this hotel in Rockdale had 1 king size room available. We booked it sight unseen praying that it was at […] least clean. Thirty minutes later we arrived & were PLEASANTLY surprised! The facility looked brand new & is a completely non-smoking hotel which was a huge plus for us! We were quickly checked in & asleep before we knew it. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows (6 I believe)! There was a microwave & mini fridge, iron, desk & coffee pot...all the typical hotel room amenities. Free breakfast was served from 6 to 10am. We will eventually be returning to the area for my grandmother's funeral & we plan to stay here again. It was just what we needed & half the price of the place we would have stayed at in Giddings! One thing I found a little weird was they didn't have an elevator. There were only stairs to get to our room on the second floor but that's only a minor detail & doesn't effect us staying here in the future. Read more

This hotel is less than a year old so it is very clean and well appointed. 32" or so flat screen TV with a good selection of cable channels. Very comfortable bed with regular size pillow instead of the typical tiny hotel pillows. Good free breakfast. Outside sitting area was nice for all of us smokers. The hotel and room were very clean and in great condition. I think it must be a new hotel. The room was large and comfortable - A/C worked great. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with mostly fresh hot food, bagels and juice. The staff very pleasant.
