Everything appeared as clean as it could have been. But the place was not welcoming whatsoever. The wireless internet was easy to connect to but so slow that it was worthless. The front desk area was a hybrid of business lobby and personal decor (it seems the family that runs it used free promotional items like calendars and decorations that felt like […] I was in their residence, not a place of business). The mattress sagged and was uncomfortable, the curtains kept no light out so I woke up with the sun, the carpet felt like there was overlaid on top of at least one other carpet, the bathroom fixtures reminded me my house from the early 1990s, Bottom line: clean, but I wanted to leave as soon as possible because it was creepy and uncomfortable. This is decent type Inn we get with price paid. Room was booked for 4 persons but they provided only two towels each day. No washbasin in bathroom, washbasin was located next to bed. Breakfast had very limited choice. management is good.

If, you're looking for just your basic accomodation at a basic price, this is perfect. The service was great, our room was clean and tidy, and it was close to where we wanted to be. The furnishings were dated but still very nice. Our fridge, microwave and TV worked fine. We will probably stay there next year.

The stay was very basic but adequate. If one is very picky about amenities, this would not be a place to stay. Example: They ran out of coffee early in the morning for both mornings of the stay. The microwave in the room only works marginally. The walls and ceiling of the room seem a bit thin. Otherwise, it was sufficient.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The TV remote did not work all the time, not all of the channels came in, hard to get into the shampoo, turned off the air and it came on by itself, could hear the next room when they ran the water for the sink and not willing to work with me on late check out.

This was such a lovely place - peaceful and restful and the front desk staff was so attentive. We were traveling with my ill son and they placed us in their handicapped room - it was just such a treat! We were 3 people saying here. The floor was dirty and had candy on it. The sink was right next to one of the two beds making it uncomfortable to wash your hands and stuff. Would stay here again. Staff was quite friendly and accomodating. The facility is old and there's a great deal of rust on some of the appliances, however, this did not distract from the stay. The only negative was that there were 2 groups (family reunion and a group of workers) there and they were quite noisy Saturday night until around midnight.

This Inn fell right into place for what I was doing this weekend. (Warrior Dash). Not a 5 star, but wasn't looking for that. Very roomy and comfy bed. Lots of hot water in the shower. I will go back next year.

Room was ok and carpet wasnt very clean and there was also trash behind nightstand, they didnt want to give any extra towels overall very nice view from our rooms and the fact that Gatlinburg wasnt very far and Chimney national park was close.
