NOT the best Hyatt I have ever stayed in. The bed and bedding wad not all cozy as others. Wierd set up.. Checking is at same counter were you order drinks off of restaraunt? Breakfast only goes until 10a.m. This is not cool for a Sunday on vacation. Overall....very clean friendlyvstaff. Beds could be much more comfortable.....

Everything about the hotel is great. Our room had two queens and a sofa bed and is perfect for families. There are also restaurents within walking distance. However, beware of the back parking lot. A car next to ours had the driver side window broken out. Try to park close to the building and don't leave valuables in sight.

There must have been some heavy machinary right under room 206. It was loud, and the floor buzzed and vibrated the whole night. Avoid the room.

This hotel was amazing!!! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and in a great location. Many shops and restaurants around the hotel and very close to the airport. Also the buffet breakfast was hot and delicious and had a big vairety.

The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were stunning, and the amenities were plentiful. Little touches like toothpaste and high end hair products made a postive impression. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to leave them. The hotel is convenient for Portland Airport flights and great shopping at the Cascades area stores.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in for the price!!! The only pain were the jets flying overhead from the airport at 6 AM, but a free wake up call is not a gift horse that I look in the mouth. Great location from the airport. We had to return our rental car, but I saw the hotel has a van that will transport guests to the airport. We will definitely make it our last stop in Portland before catching our plane home.

Good value for the money. Comp breakfast, friendly staff, shuttle available and location close to Tri Met if one needs to get downtown without rental car. Shopping centers within walking distance. I'd come back.

Fantastic staff that goes above and beyond what is expected of normal hotel staff. Breakfast was amazing with numerous options. They were very accommodating when I asked for soy milk (lactose intolerant). The room was a good size and very clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows! Overall a great stay and would stop again.

It is very impressive, large rooms and comfortable beds. We were disappointed in the menu offered and the fact that there is no room service. Pool is open 24hrs which is awesome! Had to take the MAX rail to get to the zoo.

For a rate in the middle of the PDX choices, this was a very good stay. The check-in was quick , the staff helpful and the lobby nicely done with a place for two guest computers. There was left over food in the refrigerator of my room. I told the staff (who were very unprofessional) and all she could say to me was they would tell house keeping. I think the manager would be a good start and definitely an apology.

The only complaint is noise control...sounds between room are easily heard in adjacent room. Have found this in other hyatts.i am very unhappy that hotel pre charged me forty dollars "for incidentials that I might use" but then told me when I checked out that it would take 2 to 3 days for refund on credit card! I find this practice unnecessary and unfair. […] It sure did not take 2 to 3 days to charge my card. By the way my room was prepaid! Minus: The hotel is located very close to airport noise produced by landing planes very noticeable. We stayed 1 night and got a room (208) facing a wall and AC systems exhausts. We didn't bother to ask for a different one. Plus: Good breakfast included. Public transportation to downtown 2 blocks away. Mall acros the street.

My family and I spent 3 nights over there in a group trip that we had with a number of our friends. A brand-new hotel, very clean, very good service, and our package included breakfast which was very good. Although it is close to air port but there was almost no noise inside rooms, which was very comforting. It is not close to downtown or must-see places, […] but specially for ones who arrived in air port it is one of the closest places with a reasonable price, comparing with the level of service and complimentary breakfast.
