The room is clean. The hotel a little bit far fr om Kuta Beach. The service is absolutely amazing execpt when I requested to move to another room because the room is too small with king size bed. They recrejected my request. Overall is not too bad.

Like reviews I read before my trip, this hotel is not located in a great place for tourism. You will need to hire a van or take a taxi to do most things. That said, the hotel was clean with modern decorations, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was excellent and it is fairly easy to hire transportation thru the tour packages so the location was not […] that big a deal. This hotel also had a great price for the type of room being offered. Only complaint was that there were mosquitoes in the room. The staff sprayed the room and gave us a can of bug spray but I still got bitten more than I'd expect. The room is very clean and big for a suite, the hotel has a very tiny lobby and it does not look like a hotel from outside, it is more like an office building or a store with a small parking lot. We had a few problems with ants, but they took care of them. Overall it was ok, since we spent most of the time sightseeing.

Great choice in Kuta, a bit away from the noise. The staff is absolutely the best and everything spotlessly clean. We stayed twice this trip, once in an o.k. Family suite, and again later in a gorgeous deluxe room. Lots of room with a nice pool; a top choice if you are willing to stay a bit away from the beach!

We loved our stay at this hotel, the staff was fantastic. Food was nice. Its only 15 min walk away from Kuta shopping & beach. Hotel offers good day trips around the island for a good price and the drivers are fantastic. The Spa is brilliant too. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was elegantly furnished. the balcony was superb to sit outside and sip tea or have abeer. the wifi worked beautifully. the morning breakfast had both western n eastern dishes, not a great variety but adequate and fulfilling. the setting of the breakfast area near the pool makes it enchanting! One small drawback in the 2 bedrrom suite.. the shower curtain in the toilet for the smaller room was short .. not floor length, so every time i had ashower, the bathroom got wet. The staff were unbale to get a full length shower curatin .. i dont know why. The in room balinese massage was superb, the best I have had in many months. The hotel's reception has arrangements to book sight seeing tours and were willing to call any specific travel acompany we wanted to deal with. At first glance we were disappointed, more so because of the location..it is on a very busy road, Once inside it was much better.. Staff were lovely & nothing was to much trouble. we stayed in a 2 bed family suite it was large & more than adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable & very clean. downside was the TV in the bedroom didnt have good […] reception so was a waste of time really.& the mini fridge was nothing short of pathetic.. it didnt even work , they bought us in a different one but for a family suite you would have expected something a little larger!! The breakfasts were good & all the meals we ate at the hotel were good especially the pizza!! The pool area was adjacent to the eating area which was a pleasant backdrop, but there were no loungers so the pool was more like a water feature than a pool.. The hotel provided a shuttle into town & taxis were easy to get , but it felt like the whole holiday we were sitting in transport.. getting into Kuta was a total pain, probably a normal 5 min drive but took up to 25 mins because of the traffic jams. On the whole it was value for money, but location let it down. I wouldnt stay again based purely on that. Read more

We stayed in a family suite, 2 adults 3 children. The suite was air conditioned, spacious, clean and quite modern. The two bedrooms could be closed off from the main living area. They had a DVD in the living area which the kids thought was fantastic. Only problem with the room was the bar fridge, didn't seem to keep things cold, minor detail overall. […] Room service made up for this short coming and very reasonably priced. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The pool doesn't have room to have sun lounges around them, and the pool is not in direct sunlight (i thought this was a bonus, others may see it as a minus). They do have a sun deck for people that want to tan themselves with the sun lounges. We liked it as it wasn't in the hustle and bustle of Kuta but was only $3 max taxi fare in if you wanted to be in the action. Their are a couple of large shopping centers within walking distance as well as a food court and another one in the process of being built. Hotel was cheap for a 3 star hotel and the room was very spacious with a nice bathroom and decent plasma TV. Good value, as it included free fast wifi and buffet breakfast daily. The breakfast was average with not much selection, but for the price we couldn't complain. We only stayed one night as close to the airport and on the main Sunset Road in Kuta. […] The pool was quite small and no loungers to lie on. Also rooms are right around it and you feel enclosed and not private. If you're on a budget and don't plan on relaxing at the hotel all day, its a good place to sleep, otherwise would recommend staying in Kuta Central, Legian or Seminyak and pay a bit more for a luxurious stay. This Hotel were said to be managed by Aston, but apparently a very bad hotel to stay. The location is not bad as it is on the sunset boulevard which easy to go either seminyak, kuta or Jimbaran. The negative side is really the hotel itself! Our bedroom didn't have hot shower at night and the fridge is not warm all the time. the bedroom floor is sticky, […] the towel is yellowish. I've complained to the front manager officer, she is nice enough to upgrade to "suite" but the fridge condition is the same, warm/hot instead of cool. As we are travelling with young kids, we bought fresh milk from mini mart, but without the fridge it is a nightmare. We spent 6 nights there,.. and it happen that 1 night they run out of clean towels, so they gave us the brand new towel for swimming pool which still have alot of blue fur if you sweap your body. Taking a taxi is not expansive as well. take a 10 mins walk to a mall, you can find really cheap food court and carrefour! My 3 nights stay at Sunset Hotel was pleasant, staff friendly and nice. Breakfast with a reasonable spread of Indonesian food, fruits, bread and some pastries. Clean hotel/rooms with all you need to not rough it. Good value. Wireless internet is good enough to slowly check emails but it is FREE. Breakfast Buffet is ok but no real bacon. Can get a BLT from restaurant. Really soft pillows which is not my preference but good quality.

早餐丰富，价格合理，服务人员非常热心到位。因为需要转换插头，前台人员立刻安排服务人员去购买。游泳池有按摩功能，小孩子在里面玩的很疯。离家乐福很近，临走前多余的钱可以在那里花掉，买些礼品送人。酒店提供3公里内的班车服务，可以充分利用，弥补了地理位置上的不足。总之是一家值得推荐的酒店！

這間酒店的交通非常方便，且緊鄰家樂福，去庫塔海灘逛街也滿方便的，只不過客房的整潔度有很大的改進空間，除了客房內用品及器具都不太整潔外，設備的完整度也需要改進，像是遙控器沒電根本不能用，客房內電燈壞掉導致光線不足，也未在房客入住前檢查妥當，但除了硬體之外，他們的服務人員倒很親切有禮貌，服務態度100分，值得嘉許。總體來說，服務好，但酒店整體整潔度以及設備完整度扣了很大的分數。
