This is a three star hotel, but for what you pay you get great location and service. Caters more to business travelers, but would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Old Town Hyderabad for the excellent service and staff responsiveness I received on this trip.

This is a beautiful property and we had a great time. Food was delicious. My only complaint was the lengthy check out (35+minutes) and I'm still not sure it's all correct. They were eager to correct bit each new print out included some additional incorrect charge. Made my lasting impression less than desirable.

great stay in HYD. close to shopping and my family. service was excellent. good food and amenities. oasis in HYD. hosts tried to fulfill all the things we needed.

I give this hotel 3-Average rating as it came below my expectations for a 3-star. The rooms are clean. But didn't feel new as the carpets are worn out. Bathrooms can be kept better. They have a complimentary breakfast and the food tasted good.Genuine Expedia guest review
