"Times Square Nugget"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping up the room. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.
"Consistency. You can depend on it."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks.

"Another Good Experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
My wife and I have stayed at the Courtyard in Mahwah three of the last four years to attend the NEAF astronomy show at the Rockland Community College in Suffern, just a few minutes away. We've always had good a experience and this stay was no different. The recent renovations definitely spruced the hotel up. The pool and spa area was nice, although the acoustics in the room left my ears ringing after a group of children in the pool were not using their "indoor voices." Our room was very clean, everything worked well, including the internet connection (which is a wired connection) and having a Dunkin Donuts right next door makes a stay here worthwhile in my humble opinion! Just grab a coffee and a bagel sandwich and go. The rates are competitive with other hotels in the area. If someone on here rates the hotel low, they must be comparing it to a five-star city hotel or maybe a destination resort. It's not that, but it is a clean and decent place to stay while traveling for business or short-term pleasure. I believe we will stay there again next year.

"Luxurious!"
This place is amazing! It's worth every penny. We tried the pool, the spa, room service, and the lobby restaurant and everything was great. The pool is a great size for laps, and the glass ceiling made it feel like you were outside (not like a typical indoor pool). The spa was incredible: everything is catered to your relaxation: and it worked! The […] restaurant and room service were also amazing. Everyone is just so happy to help you at the Ritz -- it's such a treat! Read more
"New, beautiful hotel"
The Ritz in White Plains does not disappoint. The check-in service was accommodating and helpful. The lobby and hallways are new, well-designed, and comfortable. The room was up to Ritz standards and also brand-new. The bathroom was definitely something to write home about! Definitely a 6-star bathroom in a 5-star hotel. Surrounding neighborhood isn't […] the RItz's fault; if you need to come to White Plains, then this is the place to stay. Read more

"Best Hotel in the Area"
We visit the White Plains / metro NYC area at least once a month and always stay at the Ritz. There is just no comparison. Kevin, one of the men at the door, is by far one of the most amazing people. He remembers everything and is so accomodating.

"Great Service and Luxury"
This is the place you want to go for a special treat and don't mind paying for it. We enjoyed the spa, restaurants, and surrounding area. The staff is superbly trainined and vigilent to your every need. Of course, service and luxury like this come at a price, but for the right occasion it's worth it.
"Looking for reasons to visit again!"
Great hotel but the service of ALL the staff could not be more impressive or surpassed. Friendly, accommodating and informed. Made a special celebration even more top-notch!!
"The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester"
There is a reason they call it the Ritz. The staff was exceptional. We were attending our son's graduation from a nearby university and had the celebratory dinner at "42" in the hotel. It was one of the top 10 dining experiences we have had. Exquisite food and attentive service. Treat yourself and stay here.

Good hotel though I never received the promissed receive of ekstra hotel expences on my email as promissed in the reception at check out. Therefore I can not get a refund from my company. Otherwise the hotel seems perfect.

"Beautiful Hotel + Bathroom"
The hotel was beautiful! The bathroom was a beauty itself! However, finding the hotel was a bit difficult.
"Best location for family visit"
My kids and I stayed a week at this Ritz. The location had so much to offer for us to do. The staff were welcoming and accommodating to our every need. We will be back.
