Room was great, clean, modern, nicely decorated. Breakfast is good and the location is great if you want to be in the old quarter. The only drawback could be that the street outside is under constant repair and there's often unpleasant smells, but this is no fault of the Hotel, this is the old Quarter.

The hotel was quite good. It is located in the old quarter, about a 5 block walk to the west lake. The lobby is nice and the hotel staff was very helpful. The room was fine too. It had a computer in the room with wireless; however, the wireless did not work in the evening due to what I believe was peak usage. They also have computers downstairs in the lobby to use. The towels were old and the bed was stiff, but is is Asia and the hotel price is very reasonable. The rooftop restaurant is not open at night, only for breakfast. They also have a car to the airport for a bit over the taxi price but I was able to take it early in the morning.

The location of the hotel is right at the middle of the Old Quarter and a short walk to the night market on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. The service was excellent. This hotel is truly dollar for value.

The hotel was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to stay with great facilities in downtown Hanoi! The rooftop pool was amazing! The restaurants had delicious food, but were a bit pricey - there are plenty of local restaurants in the area if you are looking for something cheaper. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake. And a 15 minute walk to the Old Quarter.
