I had reservations for 2 nights, but did not go until the next morning. The clerk told me I was a "no show". Then she could not check me in. A supervisor came to do it. I had prepaid for both nights. I thought it was handled ;poorly.

Unhappy shuttle service not available to Six Flags but their hotel name description says it. It seemed a little deceptive.

"Great price and great location"
Wonderful! Can't complain very much! Just 2 gripes. 1) I didn't have very good reception in the room so I used the landline that was in there and they charged me! There was no sign or notice posted Anywhere saying you would have to pay for the calls. 2 the pool is not really heated

"Good stay"
Our stay was very good. We enjoyed the location next to the Rim and the hotel was clean, the staff quite friendly, and the room was nice. The only inconvenience is that we had 4 people staying in a room with two double beds (we registered for four people) and they only gave us 3 bath towels per day so we had to keep having them send us additional towels.

"Fun weekend with the girls"
We were so thrilled with how convenient the hotel was to Six Flags. We left the park for a couple of hours for down time at the hotel during the day. It was close to several good restaurants too. Everything was nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was very clean. We will book here again.

"Great location"
Spacious room, my girlfriend loved the bathroom that had glass doors. TV was small wasn't a big deal for us. Its near the RIM shopping center and restaurants. Only complaints are the thin walls. I could hear people talking in the hallway.

"not horrible."
When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but when we left, one girl in particular had major attitude. I believe her name was Tameka. Also, the mattresses need to be changed. Other than that, it wasn't bad. A free breakfast wouldnt have killed them.

"Close to Food and Shopping"
My husband and I are very particular about where we stay because we need a place that is wheelchair friendly. This hotel checks all of the boxes as far as accessibility and comfort. One thing that this hotel and all hotels lack is a rail on or around the bed to help my husband position himself in bed and turn over. He ends up grabbing the mattress to help him position his body. It would be great if hotels would think through all of the needs of a person in a wheelchair.

"Fun room layout"
I loved the fact that the room layout was original. Not the same ol' same ol'. Ambience is inviting and warm. Shower is large and solid, though there is no tub. Breakfast is only offered through a café that offers brand-name coffee. Don't expect fast breakfast service, but it is good. Overall a great place to stay near shopping areas at the outer edge of San Antonio.

Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott both share the same parking lot, pool, and courtyard area in between the two buildings. Hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I'd stay there again.

"Visiting family near San Antonio"
The hotel was very clean with modern LED light in the rooms and a very nice bathroom that had plenty of room in it. Pillows and beds were extremely comfortable. Limited TV channels but decent TV itself. Good parking and great access to the Rim shopping center. Staff were friendly and helpful.

"nice hotel, but.."
Hotel was great! Room and location were perfect! However, I accidentally left a very small shopping bag on the front desk when I checked in that evening around 10:00. We checked several times to see if it had been located... But it disappeared! The contents were valued at about $75, no doubt that it was taken home by the clerk. Hope she enjoys her MAC eyeshadow and eyeliner!

Traveling with a group of preteens to the Junior Olympic National Cross Country championships. Nice clean hotel, front desk folks always attentive and helpful. Sorry there was no hot tub since it was winter and the kids would have loved a nice soak after their race. Food at the hotel was pretty good but a bit pricey. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but it is not safe to walk due to the lack of sidewalks on the bridge on the busy frontage road.

The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. In general most the staff was not very welcoming. Now, in saying this staff were not rude or unprofessional, however, they also did not provide a warm greeting either. This included the staff at the breakfast bar and the gentlemen who checked us out. He was a taller man, about 5'11", with dark hair. There was another gentleman who did come out to the desk at a later time who was very pleasant and helpful. He displayed a much warmer demeanor than the rest of the staff.
