The rooms are large with a very large terrace with private jacuzzi. Had a view of the beach and ocean right across the street from the hotel. So the location is great. The wifi worked well. Breakfast offerings were okay. The music from the hotel bar was disturbing during the evenings when trying to watch the sunset from the room's private terrace. Hotel was beautiful, room was fantastic. Service terrible. Over 12hrs to get hand towel and 4 phones calls only to have house keeping remove it! Breakfast was very good.

Wonderful room. Nice to come back to after a day at the beach. Service level is good. Pity about the shower stall though, as we need to do a mop up after a shower as water flows out all over. An extended wall could have solved this issue. We had a little jacuzzi outside our room, and that was a nice touch...

Enjoyed the stay overall and it was the first time at this hotel. The shower head was badly blocked and needed servicing and a light didn't work. The main thing that put me off was our room was on the ground floor facing the pool and we needed to have the blinds down most of the time to have privacy. Some people might be fine with that but we weren't. […] Location was good - not far from Cocoon which is a great place for relaxation during the day but it turns into a "sort of loud night club" in the evening. - A good place at night for the party people. O-CE-N Outrigger Bali is in fantastic location. It is 30m from the beach; 30min walk to Kuta or 20min walk to Ke De Ta or Seminyak Square. When walking up double 6 from the hotel you are not haggled as much as in Kuta. And there are definitely bargains for shoppers. $5 -$7 massages at Angelique's are fantastic. O-CE-N is located right opposite the beach and surrounded with shops, stalls and restaurants. The resort itself is nicely appointed and has a lovely restaurant upstairs which is also used for Breakfast, so you can sit and watch the waves roll in. We stayed in two different rooms whilst we were there for four days. Firstly two nights a Studio which is […] a bit like a standard hotel room and was more than adequate, however we chose to upgrade to a one Bedroom suite for the last two days for a bit more room. Internet in the first room was fine as it had a router in the room. The second one was getting its signal from elsewhere and the signal strength fluctuated from poor to useless - best reception was sitting on the chair outside. Legian (not just the hotel) also has terrible reception for mobile phones - as my Australian carrier roamed to a local company called Indosat. The pool at O-CE-N is a bit like a three and a half metre wide snake winding its way through the resort and was very refreshing. Beds - a bit on the firm side for me, but that is a personal preference. Would I stay again..........probably. Read more

Modern looking hotel right at the beach (across the road). Design is very contemporary. Think white rooms, lots of glass. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool is a bit on the small side but you have the beach a few steps away. restaurant had great food and reasonable prices Pleasant stay if you like modern hotels. Nothing Balinese about it

Staff were wonderful people, I was upgraded after finding over 6 cockroaches in my room. After this I only found one cockroach in my room. Rooms were great, food was good, just had an extremely hard time with the bugs.

My only complaint was that our room wasn't cleaned until very late in the day (4.00p.m.) The staff were friendly, the food great, and good value. Our room was great as well, and it was reasonably closeto all amenities. Pretty noisy some nights because of next door club!!

全体的に良かったと思います。　ただ欲を言えば英語の理解力がスタッフ全体に劣る感じがしました。　故障や修理対応は非常に早かったです。部屋の掃除も良かったです。以前口コミで書かれているのを見たことがありますがシャワーの水が弾きトイレを含み全体が水浸しになってしまうのが欠点です。
