When I booked this hotel, I didn't expect a whole lot from this hotel because it was so cheap. But after staying there for the entirety of my trip, I have to say that it was the best value for my buck. The hotel is conveniently located in District 1 right next to Binh Thanh Market. It's location makes it convenient to walk to all the tourist sites such as he War Museum and the Reunification center. The service was great and I would defiitely stay there the next time I go.

Rooms are very nice and roomy, and good location. They could improve on their service and maintenance. The phone did not work in my colleague's room which was inconvenient for wake up calls, etc. My room had the vanity light burned out. Also, had trouble with my key card and they were very slow in responding. Breakfast was okay, but had much better at other hotel we stayed at earlier in our stay. I do like their rooms so would probably give them another chance and hope that the service/maintenance issues were a one time thing.

I like the hotel. Breakfast was good . Had some new dishes everyday. The hotel was convenient to all. Fleas market is only two blocks away . Good to by some souvenir t-shirts. Make sure you bargain, t-shirt average price is 90 dong. The foot massage was good. You can print your email at the business computer and pick it up at the receptionist desk. The only thing is that they could not scan my document but that is a lot to ask for. Overall, I like it and would stay here again.

It was a great value given the price and condition of the hotel. The hotel is quite small, but it is very clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Very close to Ben Thanh Market, only a few blocks away.
Location.
Located in Ho Chi Minh City (District 1 - Dong Khoi), InterContinental Asiana Saigon is close to Saigon Central Post Office, Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, and Diamond Plaza. Also nearby are Ho Chi Minh City Hall and Ho Chi Minh City Museum.
Hotel Features.
InterContinental Asiana Saigon has a full-service spa, a health club, and an outdoor pool. Public areas are equipped with wireless and wired high-speed Internet access (surcharges apply). This 5-star hotel features business amenities including a business center, small meeting rooms, and limo/town car service. Dining options at the hotel include 3 restaurants along with a coffee shop/café and a bar/lounge. The staff can arrange tour/ticket assistance, wedding services, and event catering. "Best in Saigon"

The hotel seemed to be very inflexible with the check-in time. Had to wait till after 2pm which they claimed nobody has moved out yet. I had lunch and was still waiting. The conceier was very helpful though.

The hotel was great - clean, well appointed, friendly staff (very much so!) and nice club level for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The room, however, was not as described on Hotels.com. I chose and paid for (I even called Hotels.com to verify this description before booking!) a room with 2 king beds, but no such room exists. Ths InterContinental Asiana Saigon is one of the best hotels in which I've ever stayed. A wonderfully comfortable and very contemporary bedroom, elegant public spaces including a fine bar selling Vietnam's best beer (Larue if you're interested), and warm and friendly staff throughout the hotel, starting with the taxi staff outside and the warm welcome […] from the staff who open the doors. "Polite & courteous however very slow service"
Great hotel all round and I enjoyed my stay here and would consider returning if visiting Saigon again in the future. The staff were very responsive, polite and very attentive. Location is great for taking in the best of Saigon’s attractions/sights/walks etc. Rooms well-appointed and maintained, good selection of TV channels, iPod station, plug sockets […] etc. Products in the bathroom were good. While I don’t have any complaints I was disappointed with two things; 1. The system for pool side service needs looking at as once you have ordered it literally takes 10/20 min to get what you ordered and when it comes its fragmented i.e. 3 of us ordered 1 cocktail, 2 beers, 3 waters, 2 Beef Pho Soup (recommended) and a Club Sandwich (also recommended) and it literally came bit by bit over a 10-20 minute period. Having spent 4 days at the pool during our stay this continued even with different staff so I think it’s fair to say it’s the system they have in place as opposed to the staff. 2. The InterCon has a fantastic bar above the reception which we stumbled upon by chance and we always popped in for a night cap on our way home and every night it was only us in there. They need to advertise/promote this bar as it’s a missed opportunity for them and they have obviously spent money on the Interiors. "Exceptional Service"
This hotel sets the standard for service. We stayed only one night in a Club room (it was a special occasion) and we were greeted by first name in all locations. "Good and Bad"
BAD - No free wifi even though every single $10 provincial guest house in the country has it for free. AVERAGE - Swimming Pool GOOD - Rooms are very nice and above average and having a good iPod dock and stereo was a great bonus.

全体的に満足です。 サービスなどは、さすが高級ホテルというところ。 ただ、立地は便利なところで申し分ないのですが、一歩外に出ると雑多な通りで現実に戻ります。これはホーチミンのホテルでは仕方ないのでしょうね。 おすすめできます。

I can recommend this hotel because of the three points i.e. (1) facilities are clean and comfortable, (2) lacation is very convinient （the heart of HMC and near to Dong Khoi Street）, (3) staff is very friendly.
