Upon inspection everything seemed to be cleaned well, and it being a smoke free hotel left it with no foul odors. The Studio room had everything I could need with anything else located in lobby. And Wal-Mart being within walking distance was a plus. The only noise around was the typical sound of running water from the adjacent room but nothing too bad. […] My only actual complaint is when trying to check in the receptionist was on the phone with a customer for around ten minutes or so, whilst who looked to be a manager stood around doing nothing and seemingly refused to help me, the only person in there, and went to sit down. Though the receptionist's politeness made up for the wait, he seemed to be the only helpful employee. I'm sure the overall service quality is fair, but the manager's behavior affects my rating, though still would recommend this hotel. Read more

I have stayed twice, and the rooms do not cool down enough. This past stay, they moved me to another room, temp was better, but still wouldn't cool down during the day. We travel for tennis tournaments, and most times we have to be to the court at 6:30 am. It is extremely frustrating that breakfast isn't served until 7 am on the weekends and that they […] don't make exceptions. I have stayed at other hotels that will accommodate flight attendants with early flight times and allow us to eat during that time as well. One of the benefits of staying here, was that it included breakfast, but unfortunately, I didn't realize it was served too late. Read more

The rooms are nice and roomy. Love the kitchen! Has a full size microwave and refrigerator. Little 2 burner stove. I wanted to just move in. Breakfast was more than the average continental. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I really liked this hotel. I was there on business and it was located in a nice area near shopping, restaurants and the freeway. It's fairly new and very well maintained. Each room has a kitchen and very nice work desk for my laptop and business papers. Free wifi, breakfast and light meal at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was clean and new and a perfect location right next to large shopping center with lots of shopping and restuarants. Also close to interstate and a very safe area. I highly recommend this hotel.

We needed a hotel room for one night only for a function at War Memorial. We had stayed at this hotel a couple months ago and had a wonderful experience. It was cheap enough for one night, clean, quiet, and in a great location. This stay however was NOT the same experience we had just 2 months before. Our room was hot at check in, we had to changes […] rooms, our AC unit was turned off by the front desk at 7:30AM the day of our check out making it impossible to sleep in (check out wasn't until 11AM) it was too hot to even get my hair to dry after a shower! Our first room wasn't clean and had problems with the ac unit. We had a room with a king size bed but the room only had 1 office chair and 1 arm chair, other than the bed, there was no other comfortable place to sit (we had 2 people in our room) I don't know if this was just an off weekend or what but our experience was not what it should have been! This hotel is one of the best places to stay for the money. You have everything you need, especially for an extended stay/vacation. My wife and I enjoy cooking together on our trips, and this place allows us to do that.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night last weekend for an event we had the next day in LR. My rating would have been all 5 out of 5 except the fact that our room was warm when we checked in and never got to what I would call really cool. We requested to be on the 4th (top) floor and I expect that had something to do with our room being so […] warm. The hallway wasn't even warm, it was HOT(and keep in mind it was a 90+ degree day when we checked in) The entire hotel was clean, well lit, contemporary, well decorated, and smelled like apples (we weren't the only people that noticed) I would absolutly stay here again and plan to next month. I would however recommend you take your own snack food, $5 for a small bottle of water and a snack size bag of cheetos is a bit much from their onsite "in a pinch" grocery store. Read more
