Just had my second stay at the Fairmont Pac Rim and it was once again a fabulous experience. The staff and service are amazing, the rooms are gorgeous, and the amenities are superb. Great position to walk to Marina, restaurants, Stanley park etc and comfort, friendly staff, lovely views as well. What more do you want?

We stayed at the Harbour View Suite room for new years eve but when we got there we were facing the buildings and not the harbour so were very disappointed about that. Also we couldn't bring our luggage up in a caddy, they had to deliver our luggage in a different elevator. The Wifi was not free in fact it was 15$ which I think is ridiculous since this […] is a 5 star hotel and you can get free Wifi pretty much anywhere! We enjoyed the hotel and services, therefore decided to come back again, location is perfect, service is very good, hotel is very clean.

It was an amazing hotel. The staff were very helpful. The room was amazing and so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nites and absolutely loved it! Loved the service, the moderness of the room, the electronic mirror tv in the bathroom, nightly turn down service w complimentary bottle of distilled water. Also very close to downtown Vancouver and to Canada Place & station. Highly recommend hotel

We only stayed 1 night, and complicated things on arrival by switching rooms with friends we were travelling with. However, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was very comfortable with fabulous views over the harbour from our bathroom and on crawling out of the gym the next morning, I was immediately handed a bottle of water, towel […] and banana by one of the front of house staff. It was a great hotel . One of the best I have stayed in . Everyone was very friendly . The only knock I would have about the hotel is not having the access to my car with out having to go thru vallet service . I found the cost of vallet service to be a little to high . This hotel is a five star hotel in all areas .

Loved, loved the hotel

Friendly, attentive, helpful staff. Fresh modern decor. Beds were comfortable. Room was roomy. Fixtures were gimmicky. Halogen lighting and automated drapes were nice, but all controls were on one touch-sensitive panel with tiny, faint illegible labels. Shower door and faucet handles were wobbly. Swimming pool was too small -- unpleasantly overcrowded […] as soon as 2 children arrived. Too shallow -- only suitable for laps, not deep-water running. Lobby bar was lively but far too noisy in the evening, especially when a country & western band turned downtown Vancouver into the Calgary Stampede. The noise travelled all the way up the elevator stack. Walls between rooms were inadequately sound-proofed for a 5-star hotel. Read more

Stayed here for a recent architecture conference held across the street at the beautiful new Vancouver Convention centre. The Fairmont Pacific Rim is a beautiful hotel with a great modern roof top pool that overlooks the green roof of the convention centre and the waterfront. We were very impressed with the property and will definitely stay there again. The highlight for the kids was the TV in the bathroom mirror. The beds were extremely comfortable and having the heated pool and spa accessible from our room was brilliant. The room service menu was good for all the family, the cafe also catered well for kids and the foyer […] bar was great for the adults. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the courtesy car came in handy when we wanted to go up to the ice skating rink in Robson Square. We could have walked, but it was pouring rain. I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels thru out the world, all different hotel chains, and never have I seen such a pleasant and polite staff, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, as well as stay there again myself

Our first visit to Vancouver was an extremely enjoyable experience both due to the quality of the hotel and the location in this great city. As a family holiday it is important to have a comfortable room with enough space and as a person that travels about 100 nights a year for work I would have to rate the Harbour View Suite we stayed in as probably […] the best I have experienced. If I had to find a negative it was that the view was not as expansive as I had hoped with the Convention Centre blocking the majority but the size and finishes more than compensated. What a great hotel beautiful design and right across the street from the flame from the 2010 Winter Olympics. The pool and the hot tub on the 6th floor with a wet bar is a nice treat. A wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and modern. Elegant lobby lounge. Delicious food at sushi bar in lobby. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Great location. Exceptional promotional price for a Fairmont property.

My husband and I had a two night stay at the hotel, absolutely loved it, will go back there any time !! You have to try the gelato place on the corner, best dark chocolate gelato I have ever had !!!! (they have good coffees too). Great pool and fitness area, next time I have to try the spa.

Cada mes me hospedo en un hotel diferente en la ciudad de Vancouver,,, definitivamente Fairmont pacific Rim ha sido el mejor de todos.

這飯店是我第1次入住,整體來說,該櫃台人員及門房行李服務親切.房間內的硬體設施及空間很OK, 我預訂的房間是[面海] 景緻優美. 唯一[美中不足]的是,我Chcek in時提出希望能給[高樓層]的房間,櫃台人員給予說明,高樓層已經額滿, 但我個人認為會不會因為是 [網路訂購],相對能給的樓層就是有限制!! 此飯店僅臨港口,一早還能在海岸邊的Park散步或慢跑,對於是[早起的你],這酒店是值得推薦給你的選擇.

お勧め出来ません。とっても残念なホテルです。 【デラックスシービュー】の部屋を予約して、とっても楽しみにしていました。しかし部屋に着いてみると、窓に見えるのは隣のビル。海なんてホンノ隙間にしか見えない上に、１階下から聞こえてくる音楽が夜通し耳障りでした。 部屋は綺麗で、【デラックス】と明記しても問題ないと思いますが（値段からしたらいたって普通ですが）、【シービュー】とは明記するべきではないと思います。 フロントに事情を説明して部屋を変えてもらえないかと相談したら、とっても失礼な態度で対応され、部屋も変えてもらえませんでした。 チップを渡した時だけニコニコの対応にもウンザリです。 日本人の感覚からは信じられないホテルです。 遠いカナダまで日本から旅行にいくならば、是非他のホテルに滞在して下 […] さい！ Read more
