We took our family to experience Christmas at Hershey for Thanksgiving. The hotel was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly-and close to all attractions. Check in and out were a breeze. Will stay again.

My friends and I spent the weekend at Comfort Suites for a get away at Hershey park. My friend and I spent two evenings, one of which I spent on the pull out couch in my friends room. The pull out bed was highly uncomfortable which resulted in me bearly sleeping. On the second night I checked into my own room. I was informed of my registered room number […] on Saturday morning, yet was I told that I could not formally check in till the current customers checked out, which I fully understood. When I came back from the park that evening and checked in I was informed that I was in a different room. When I got to the room I found that it smelled overwhelmingly of stale smoke. In addition, it appeared that they tried to cover the scent with some type of spray that was just terrible. When I complained I was informed that there were no other king sized bed rooms and was directed to turn on the exhaust fan to alleviate the smell. I was disappointed by this as the hotel boasts a breath friendly environment. Also, I was not even given an option to possibly stay in a different room without a king sized bed. Also, the fan did nothing to help the smell. Overall the hotel and room were very clean, yet not fully customer or breath friendly. Read more

This was a great place to stay. It was right off Route 322 and about 5 minutes from all the Hershey attractions without staying in all the congestion. I only wish they had late check-out.

Everything was perfect, large room with couch area to chill and roomy enough for five people without being on top of one another. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Great lobby area, staff was accomodating and friendly. couldn't ask for more.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool is indoors and the kids love it - however they need a bit more ventilation due to the amount of chlorine they use in the pool. Free Wifi. Overall hotel very nice to stay - stayed 2 nights. Very convenient to Hershey Park (10 mins). Breakfast included was very good (eggs, breakfast meat, make your own waffles, cereal, etc.) but did was crowded, but hotel did provide additional seating in next room. Room was clean and very big for hotel, including sitting area. Staff was very courteous […] and helpfull. No restaurants in walking distance, but plenty available bwtn Hershey Park and hotel, and convenience store with made-to-order hot and cold food available within 1/2 mile. We were very pleased with the hotel, we had rqt'd ajoining rooms and got them, the kids were thrilled. The rooms & hotem were very clean. My only complaints are that we arrived at the tail end of breakfast & much of hte food was gone. Also, we were to have had 2 queen size beds, instead we had 2 full size beds.

The room was very clean and quite spacious. We were looking for a hotel close to the park and this one is less than 15 minutes away. Breakfast was ok very crowded so go early if you can. We will stay there again.

Hotel itself is very nice, but it is located in the middle of an industrial area. There are no restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet has the usual fare, and not enough seating, but this is typical as any traveler knows. Pool on the small side, but was nice and clean. 10 minutes to the Hershey attractions.

Just an overnight stay from Hershy. I would have liked to use tghe computer in the lobby to check my mail (rather than my phone) but thee three of them were in constant use (with a line!) welcome to the 21st century.

The Comfort Suites is about a 10 minute drive from Hershey Park. Very easy to get to. The place is very, very clean. No problems with our stay. Warning: breakfast area gets crowded. Food is OK. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved your hotel but if I could make one request it would be make the pillows full pillows. The half size pillows make it hard to sleep when you are not used to that size.

A great surprise! I had a great time at the comfort suites. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast served is delicious, one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. I will come back and I highly recommend it to anyone else.

First thing we found upon arrival was that the indoor heated pool was not much larger than one of those hot tubs you can swim in. With 4 people in the pool, it was crowded. The kicker, though, was finding one of the pillows covered in dried blood spots. Both sides. Not sure how housekeeping could miss that unless they hire cleaning staff with cataracts. […] I went down and got a new pillow but was pretty grossed out. The next morning I was making the OTHER bed when I found blood stains on the sheets down near the foot of the bed. You would think that Hummelstown, PA is the murder capital of the world.
