For the price I paid, I can't complain. Room was clean enough and bed were good. Just too noisy being next to freeway, so I bought earplug which helped. The manager were not in office until I belled him.

Check-in isn't until 2 p.m. but I arrived early to get ready for a 12:00 meeting. My room wasn't ready but the very pleasant and accomodating staff provided me with another room just to freshen up, change clothes and rest for a few minutes. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable: the rates extremely good, and the motel in a good location.

This motel is much more than you would expect. It's very clean and well managed. It's great if you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower. The room is small without much "extras", but it's worth the price. It's located just off the 101 and really close to Pismo Beach. The guy who checked us in and out was very friendly and personable. Would highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for a cheap place to stay the night.

I can't believe I paid the price I did for this hotel. It was not at all worth the price. Very close to a noisy highway, very, very small bathroom. Electrical cords hanging out, 2 hangers. It was clean but really wish I would have taken a different option.

Stayed with my 4 y.o. son for one nite. Just needed a safe and clean place. This hotel was quite satisfactory. No frills, but clean rooms and bed, with hot water shower and cable tv.. We would repeat. Highway noise could be of concern to the sensitive.

My son and I needed an inexpensive, clean, quiet room for an overnight golf excursion on the central Coast. this motel fit the bill and then some. Bathroom water pressure was low, but otherwise, no complaints. Clean, affordable and friendly staff.

It's a small dinky hotel, but it's clean and very close to the highway. I just used it for an overnight stay - no complaints.
