I had an extra day in my business trip and elected to spend in Montpellier, France. I selected the Mercure Centre for its location, near the old downtown. The location was fine and convenient to walking around on Saturday morning in the old city.

The hotel was nice and new. It was very clean which I really appreciated. Overall I would give it a very good recommendation. There was an issue with the Internet, only one person could log in at one time & on one device. When I mentioned it to the management they said they are addressing the issue & hope to have it resolved in a few months. Little difficult to find. Would have been nice to have a coffe pot and coffee provided in the kitchenette though. We would go back.

Nice n clean. We arrived late the keys to the room were in the safe with all instructions in English n French. Very helpful front desk. The hotel is far... from the city nothing to do other than 6 hole pitch n patt course. Nice place to stay if you have own car. The hotel is actually a set of challets that try to make some more income by renting out rooms as if they were a hotel. Strengths: - If you like golf, there is a quite well kept golf field - The area seems safe and the construction and appliances are new (ktchen and living room) - The bathroom was very clean Weaknesses: - The mattresses were old, smelly […] and one of them was not even covered (bare foam) - Sleeping was actually a huge challenge as there was a boiler installed on the mazzanine by the beds that would vibrate and make very loud noise all night long - When we arrived, our beds were made (looked like it), but we found out later (just before the staff would have disappeared for the day) that there was no linen or towels for us. IF we had not noticed that in time, we would have had slept on bare mattresses and jump ourselves dry after the shower. Read more

I called the complex the day before travel as there were strikes in Frnace so i wanted to see how easy getting a taxi would be. Who ever i spoke to said there is a tram stop outside the property, this certainly isn't the case. We had to get a taxi to get in to Montpellier which meant having to wait for aprox 30mins each day. The Villas were pleasant […] we stayed in an 8 person one which would be a little cramped if you were looking to fill it. The bar and restaurant wer not open for the time we were there, and the giold course which is cleverly worded as being compact is no more than a small pitch and putt course. Staff were friendly enough on reception but be warned it seemed to close for 3 hours each afternoon between 12.30 and 4pm. Read more

The maisonette rooms are small and there is an extra charge made for sheets and towels, but even so it was good value at the discount price we paid and very clean. Big fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, hob and microwave with grill, but limited kitchen size. The hot water was very hot and children would need close supervision using it. The […] staff were very helpful and spoke good english. We went off-season 13/9/2010 and it was quiet with mostly French guests. There is no car access to the apartments but are good level paths and ramps, you take your luggage on a trolley. It is very secure with security gates to all public areas. The location is very handy for visiting the Montpellier area and the Carmargue, but a car would be essential. Read more

L'hôtel est calme et situé en périphérie de la ville de Montpellier (15 min en voiture). Ce sont en réalité de petites maisons en campagne donc possibilité de s'épanouir pleinement. Les chambres sont propres et l'endroit est tranquil. Gros bémol: la supérette est fermé, idem pour le restaurant le dimanche et si vous avez faim le village est assez "mort". Hotel très bien, accueil avec un opération un sachet de riz offert par nuit. Le contre, les petits déjeuners, servi a partir de 9h30!!! c'est tard pour des familles ou pour profité de longues journées balades! Déçu seulement par cela.

Nous y avons passé deux nuits pendant les vacances de février, dans une maison de 63 m². Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et le confort de la maison...et nous avons profité du jacuzzi sur la terrasse, nos filles étaient aux anges. Loin du centre, difficile à trouver (même avec le gps!) Marianapas de service hôtelier. Réception fermée à 19h30. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site, le Spa n'est pas compris dans le prix.

冬のバカンスで１泊しました。自家用車で行ったのですが、記載されている住所をGPSで検索することができず、正確な場所にたどりつくことができませんでした。運よく近隣に住んでいる方がご存じだったため、車で先導していただいたおかげで到着できました。これがなければ到着できていなかったかもしれないと思うとぞっとします。冬ということもあり、周辺は真っ暗で何も分からない状態でした。私のほかにも同じような思いをすることがないよう、住所を明確にしてほしいと思います。

Residence de vacances calme et tres propre loin du bruit de la ville et prés de la mer .Court mais agreable sejour.Peut étre plus bruyant en été car les maisonnettes sont toutes autour d une placette trés conviviale.Quant a l isolation nous n avons pu la tester car we de Toussaint trés pluvieux donc r esidence peu fréquentée. Excellente option pour une famille a 15 minute de Montpellier. petites maisons tres agreables, calmes et avec terrasse, piscine et tout confort. seul defaut: le transport depuis la reception car la voiture est interdite. Il faudra donc vous armer d'energie pour marcher jusqu a 800 metres par 35°avec enfants, bagages, courses, poubelles, etc... quel […] dommage!, ils devraient mettre un service de navette ou velo pour palier a cet inconvenient. La literie n'est pas de super qualité. Aucun meuble dans la salle de bain, juste un lavabo, la douche et les wc c'est un peu sommaire. La piscine est superbe est très bien entretenue. L'environnement est calme, jardin bien entretenu.

Résidence très calme, maisons très agréable; manque juste dans le séjour 1 ou 2 radiateurs , car lorsqu'il fait froid la clim inversée ne suffit pas! Il manque également en fonctionnement les prises téléphoniques; en effet si vous utilisez votre ordinateur potable, vous n'avez pas de possibilité de connexion .

Neue (2009) Ferienhausanlage welche optisch sehr schön angelegt wurde. In den Wohnungen merkt man allerdings dass beim Bau recht Geld gespart worden ist und alles eher einfach gehalten ist. Zusätzlich wird die Anlage anscheinend in der Nebensaison auch von Montagearbeitern genutzt welche auch ganz gerne bis früh um 5 Uhr Party feiern.Die Lage ist sehr […] schön und man ist in 10 Minuten am Meer und sofort in den Weindomainen. Très pratique pour accéder aux lieux touristiques et pour les courses. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de rangement dans les chambres car on ne peut pas sortir ses affaires des valises.Il faudrait au moins des rayonnages dans chaque chambre.Quand à la penderie qui est au rez de chaussée ,elle est vraiment trop exigüe.
