Wingate by Wyndham Cincinnati Airport/Erlanger

The hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very spacious. We will definitely be booking Wingate when we are in the area. Shopping and restaurants are in close proximity. It was GREAT!!

It was my masters graduation. I had a sister come in from out of town and we spent the weekend together at the hotel. While we couldn't make use of the pool or workout room we did use the lobby for a gathering. We had come to the Cincinnati area to attend our daughter's graduation from the University of Cincinnati. It was just a two night stay and we had travelled from Savannah and Gainesville, GA which made for a real "whirlwind" trip! The accommodations were really nice and the attention we received from the staff was great. Our son-in-law had taken our […] daughter to UC early and was coming back to pick us up to attend the graduation ceremony. However, traffic on the interstate was stopped and he couldn't get back. The staff called a taxi for us and we were able to arrive before the processional was even half way completed. The breakfast included with the stay was good and very convenient. This is a very nice hotel. It was off the beaten path which was exactly what we wanted. It was unfortunate that the spa tub was not working properly because that was one of the things we were looking forward to enjoying. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ample and yummy! We will stay here again!

I left my watch on the nightstand have called daily for a week (5 hours after check out) and the staff keep telling me to call back in the morning when the housekeepers are in. Looks like I won't ever get it back :(

I enjoy the stay, except the pillows were over stuffed and ask for some different ones and the lady at the desk said thats all they had to offer. The hotel offers good breakfast , the coffee was really good ! If I would stay again I would bing my own pillows.

The room HVAC system was not functioning properly, it would not keep a constant temp. and would mostly blow cool air. We did not report it to the front desk because we were too tired and had to check out early.

It was a great place! Made last minute reservations; and was accommodated well. Very clean; quiet, excellant breakfast! Lobby staff very helpful. Only down-side is that the "spa" - hot tub/jaccuzi what it's called is more like just sitting in a hot bath tub. Jets work at minimal speed. But otherwise - fantastic and reasonable!

I stayed at this hotel while visiting The University of Cincinnati. The drive was simple and let me experience the beautiful view driving into Cincinnati from Kentucky. This location let us have the convenience to visit both sides of the river from one location. The room was very clean, modern, and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I never heard a single noise from the neighboring rooms or the hallway, the pool was sparkling clean, the in-room safe is a nice touch, and the breakfast spread was overly sufficient. The bathroom lighting was not very good but they are trying to be "green" & environmentally friendly. The heavy, outside curtains don't close over the sheer white ones - so no chance of sleeping in!
