I would recommend this hotel to all my friends, we had a good time there. The hotel is ver close to the metro station and short distance to the City Center. The parkig was expensive about 18 Euro per night. But other than that it is worth the Four Stars.

Facilities very good. The only downside, and not just the hotel, is that few people speak English. I expeted that a city like Barcelona would be very fluent in foreign languages, since a lot of their income is from tourism. Don't like the exchange rate, but that's the way it is.

Nice place, were there on Sunday, not much going on in the way of bar or restaurant. Would stay there again, must take train or bus to Barcelona but convenient to airport. Rates were reasonable considering closer in options for this class of hotel.

The quality of this hotel is unbeatable for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only wish the location was a little better. It was a safe neighborhood, but there wasn't a whole lot to do within walking distance. Then again you can always take a short metro trip into downtown area.

Hotel is new, very nice rooms, very modern, and open. Restaurant is good when the waiters are not overwhelmed with more guest than they expect. Close to the Airport (15 minutes). If the location works for you this is a good value for the money.

On our last two days of travel, my husband and I like to be close to the airport. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. We were ten minutes from the airport and within walking distance from the hotel to a shopping center for last minute items. We felt safe walking around the area and visited lots of small parks. We were looking for a convenient airport stay and found it at Hotel Porta Fira. Conveniently located near a Metro stop, we could enjoy a dinner in town and still spend the night near the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel was easy to get to with the 46 bus, only 15 minutes from the airport and the ticket costs 2 euros. It is then a 10 minute walk from the bus stop Europa. However, to get to downtown you need to walk 5 minutes to the metro stop, then change at least once depending on where you want to get to. Great if you have a conference nearby. This was a perfect hotel since I was attending a conference in the hotel. The room was modern and comfortable. Everything was fine...but if you had no reason to be there I would say the location was very dull. No cafes or bars ... just IKEA!

2nd visit to Porta Vira hotel which is very modern and rooms are stylish, including a glass cube for the shower and loo and large flat screen TV with lots of international channels. Room service food is good too. Smoking allowed in the rooms too. My only gripe on this stay was the car parking cost a whopping 20 Euro from 7pm to 1pm next day!

The Hotel although visually very prominent isn't correctly addressed in most satnavs or google maps, having said that it once found worth it. The Hotel whilst not in the centre of Barcelona has excellent access to a very close metro station as well as buses. There is a large shopping mall and entertainment centre less than 5 minutes walk. The Hotel […] itself is relatively new and is of very good standard, each room is well equipped and has free Wi-Fi and TV. The rooms are cleaned daily and a well stocked and reasonable mini-bar is available. Although we did not use them there is also a gym, sauna and restaurant. Hotel und Personal sind absolut top. Lage direkt an der S-Bahn,Shopping Mall ca. 5 Min.Fussweg.>Frühstück ist zwar mit 16 € etwas teuer aber es gibt einfach alles.Vom Obst über Salat , Fruchtsäfte und warmes.Würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen, zur Stadtmitte sind es 4 S-Bahnstationen.

Hotellet ligger i et nybygger område, med konference, andre hoteller, et meget stor og meget, meget pænt indløbscenter med en del restauranter, så man kommer ikke til at lide nød, selvom man ikke bor i hjertet af Barcelona. Der er en metro 150 meter fra hotellet, og det tager ca. 20 min. ind til centrum, alt efter hvor man vil hen. Deres Metro er meget […] simpel, der er helt vildt rent, og deres tog kører hele tiden. Byen er delt ind i Zoner, som i Kbh. men til forskel fra København som er hele den indre by (inkl. Porta Fira) inden for zone 1. Dette gør det ret nemt at købe Metro billetter eller et 10 turs kort. Dette hedder T-10 i den maskine hvor man skal købe billet. Hotellets værelser er meget fine, meget lyse og der mangler ikke noget. OBS! vær opmærksom på at bestille et værelse, hvor vinduet kan åbnes, da disse er de største og ikke koster mere end de andre. Hotellet har et yderst venligt personale. Skulle der være en som ikke er helt skarp på engelsk, henter de fluks en. Deres restaurant er pæn, og der er muligvis dresscode om aftenen. Vi nåede ikke at spise aftensmad der, da der er alt for mange lækre Tapas restauranter inde i byen. Vi fik dog morgenmad, hvilket var meget lækkert. Når vi skal tilbage til Barcelona, vil vi helt sikkert bo her igen, da prisen ligger noget under niveauet inden i centrum. En anden fordel er at der er meget stille ude ved hotellet om aftenen, hvilket kan være meget rart, hvis man har været inde i byen hele dagen. Read more

朝食ブュッフェがとても素晴らしい。すぐとなりがIKEAでレストランだけ利用することも可能。徒歩五分でショッピングモールがあり、カルフールが入っているので、生活に必要なものやお土産はほとんどそこで手に入る。空港からタクシーで25ユーロ程度。目の前のイベント会場でイベントが無いときは周辺に人通りは少ない。最寄り駅まで徒歩五分以内。電車のタイミングが合えばホテルを出てからカタルーニャ駅まで最速で15分程度。ビシネス客が多い印象。市内中心から離れているからか利用客に観光客は少ない。空港から近い為か、パイロットやCAがよく利用している。太陽が当たる側の部屋は冬でも日中は冷房が必要。
