Thouroughly enjoyed my second break there, but must add the bottom level suite the first time was a bit nicer but never the less I did enjoy my stay thank you, bye for now.

Very impressed with the check in service. I received information on late check in via text and phone message when it was apparent I would be late arriving. Lovely room too, although a tad on the small size, but the generous, private balcony was better than expected.

Everything was great here, especially the dishwasher...ah easy days!! The only thing missing was a swimming pool and a window in the bedroom.

The only problem was the sewer smell from the bathroom which was next to our bedroom.I mentioned this to the stay...one person and they just said "oh, we will have to look at that"

Had a lovely stay, even though the weather was shocking, we enjoyed it very much. Lovely hotel, near to caves house hotel, food ok there, but far too expensive for what you got, maybe should look at having daily real specials not $34 fish dish with a piece of fish the size of a small fist on a lot of lettuce. The resort was perfectly situated . We were able to enjoy the comfort of the room and the relaxing view as well as walk to the beach and caves house and surrounding gardens . Nice way to enjoy the Sunday session, live bands, dinner and drinks with only a short stroll back to room.

Location is superb. Views from the patio of green hills and the gardens. There are walking trails from the accomodation to get to the beach and also Ngilgli Caves within minutes so you don't always need the car. There is a lovely, old hotel next door which does fantastic food and has live music occasionally. This can be a little noisey from the room […] but isn't every night and finishes at a reasonable time. I was very impressed with how much our room gleamed with not one speck of dirt or grime anywhere. Nicely decorated with finishing touches and space to unpack cases which seems a rare luxury in other WA hotels I've stayed in. The hotel and gardens are stunning with beautiful parrots visiting us on our balcony and ocean views. The spa bath was simply the best and the coal fire in the pub next door was a lovely spot to sit next to and have some port on a chilly evening.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and the location is perfect if you are wanting to travel between Busselton and Margaret River. i had a problem with the spa in the room where the person who had last used the spa had skin peeling and the jets had sucked in the skin that had peeled off the person and then ended up in my spa. this was very sickening […] but the hotel did every thing to help me including cleaning the spa and offering to move me to a non spa room, but as i had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment i decided to stay but be cautious about the spa. when i did use the spa i filled it then turned it on and there was still skin so did not use the spa again. the hotel were good with dealing with the issue and the manager was there to deal with my issues and assist me with everything. i would go back again but would just not use the spa in the room. Nice clean comfortable apartment overlooking the gardens, within walking distance to Yallingup beach via the path that runs through the gardens.Other beaches only a short ride away plus plenty of restaurants and places of interest close bye. Our stay at Seashells was quiet and relaxing. The room was lovely - both the furnishings and the comfort. it is a bit of a walk to the beach - we preferred to drive around to Smiths Beach but many people walked down through the grounds (lovely gardens) and along a road to Yallingup Beach. My one bedroom apartment was wonderful - spacious, clean and comfortable. I arranged an early check in (for 10;30am) the day before arriving however my room was not ready and even waited until 11:15 and still not ready. Fortunately the wonderful staff allowed me to use another room to change.

Seashells is a fabulous, modern place with a great kitchen and wonderful patio area. The spa bath was also an unexpected surprise. The location is superb as it is close to all the wineries and galleries. Caves House next door was convenient for breakfasts and the most beautiful dinners. Will definitely stay there again!
