When I booked this hotel, I didn't expect a whole lot from this hotel because it was so cheap. But after staying there for the entirety of my trip, I have to say that it was the best value for my buck. The hotel is conveniently located in District 1 right next to Binh Thanh Market. It's location makes it convenient to walk to all the tourist sites such as he War Museum and the Reunification center. The service was great and I would defiitely stay there the next time I go.

Rooms are very nice and roomy, and good location. They could improve on their service and maintenance. The phone did not work in my colleague's room which was inconvenient for wake up calls, etc. My room had the vanity light burned out. Also, had trouble with my key card and they were very slow in responding. Breakfast was okay, but had much better at other hotel we stayed at earlier in our stay. I do like their rooms so would probably give them another chance and hope that the service/maintenance issues were a one time thing.

I like the hotel. Breakfast was good . Had some new dishes everyday. The hotel was convenient to all. Fleas market is only two blocks away . Good to by some souvenir t-shirts. Make sure you bargain, t-shirt average price is 90 dong. The foot massage was good. You can print your email at the business computer and pick it up at the receptionist desk. The only thing is that they could not scan my document but that is a lot to ask for. Overall, I like it and would stay here again.

It was a great value given the price and condition of the hotel. The hotel is quite small, but it is very clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Very close to Ben Thanh Market, only a few blocks away.
Location.
Conveniently near the airport, Northern Hotel is in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, within walking distance of Opera House and Ho Chi Minh City Hall. Also nearby are Saigon Central Post Office and Ho Chi Minh City Museum.
Hotel Features.
The hotel offers 2 restaurants along with a bar/lounge. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is complimentary in public areas. This 3.5-star hotel features business amenities including a 24-hour business center, small meeting rooms, and a meeting/conference room. "Very nice and good location"
The hotel is located near shoping streets. Staff is friendly travelguide from the hotel "Lorie" is excellent. Rooms are very nice but breakfast is not the best.
"Disappointment stay"
Don't stay room 101. air-con not cooling at all. room is stuffy. Hotel has no faciltiy for spa and massage which the description has claimed.

Very nice and clean hotel, but you be aware of that you have to pay extra money even if you are engaged to a Vietname gir,l and payed for a double room.

Great location, a two-minute walk from the Arts Centre, reasonable price, very good service. I would recommend this hotel.

"Northern Hotel, Saigon: Good District 1 hotel"
Hotel is well placed in walking distance of Central Post office, Notre Dame etc. Service at the hotel was great with polite and efficient front desk. Excursions available through the tour desk are quite expensive - you can easily find the same trips cheaper in town. "快適に過ごせるホテル"
３泊宿泊しました。シングルの予約で、ツインベットです。窓も大きく眺めも良かった（１０階）、部屋も広く清潔。ドライヤーがついてなかったのでフロントに頼みました。様々な面でフロントの対応は良かったです。さらに２泊したく聞いたところ満室との事で移動しましたが同じようなホテルへの確認の電話などしてもらえました。食事も良いです、いたって普通の内容ですが。大きなホテルではないのでゆったりとできる印象です。中心ではありますが大きな通りを渡るのには気をつけましたが、毎回だと結構面倒だとは感じました。
"깔끔하고 괜찮은 호텔"
이 호텔에 두번째 묵었봤는데 위치도 좋고 깔금하고 전반적으로 좋습니다. 다만 이번에 호텔이 묵고 나서 체크아웃할 때 목용가운이 1개가 없어졌다고 하는데 전달 분명이 하우스키퍼가 치웠는데도 불구하고 없다는 이유로 고객에게 잃어버렸으니 보상을 하라고 실갱이를 했습니다. 60불인데 깍아서 40불을 내라고해서 결국 비행기시간때문에 20불에 마무리 짓었는데 기분이 영 안좋더라구요. 자기네가 제대로 체크를 못한걸 고객에서 물어내라니~
