Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Great selection of hot and cold food at breakfast, large breakfast area. Staff was very friendly and helpful in finding nearby restauants. Easy to find. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Inconsiderate Neighbors across the hall and adjacent to our room kept loud conversations out in the hallway past midnight, keeping me from getting a good nights sleep. Bathroom tub needed caulking around base as well as along the wall behind faucet area. We could hear creaking overhead from the person in shower on floor above us. The room was clean and comfortable. Wished we had a small refrigerator and microwave. Friendly staff greeted us and warm cookies at the check-in counter was great after a long flight. Hot breakfast always a plus.

Stayed here with girlfriend, while taking her nephews to first Cardinals game A bit more outside of St. Louis than I would have liked, but the price was right. Overall a nice hotel. Family friendly and helpful staff.

I figured since we were staying at a HAMPTON and paying $100+ we would be getting a nice hotel stay. No. I've stayed in $40 hotels that were better. First of all isn't having a microwave and fridge like the most basic part of a hotel? Well the room didnt have either. So our pizza we were gonna put in the fridge we had to throw. Then what was up with the water? We took a shower and noticed that our skin and hair felt slimy/greasy so we just ended our showers early. We felt dirtier when we got out than when we went in. Make sense?

It was a nice hotel. However after spending a long day with friends and family and having to return to a room that hasn't been cleaned, we were not happy. Then making the complaint call to the front desk where the employees were tired and short-tempered did not help matters. They decided to move us to another room, which meant we had to pack up all our things and lug them around to a different floor. The inconvenience was not worth it. Because the hotel was booked solid, we were transferred to a corner room which obviously had not been used due to the dirty carpet, musty odor, and mechanical problems in the bathroom. It was a bad experience to say the least.

There was a used towell on the back of the bathroom door and a used pillow case on the table. The room seemed clean but these were obvious indications of a lack of attention to detail. The location was excellent.

Staff was very kind and efficient. Complimentary food was good. Bed was comfortable. Room nice and modern. Only complaint I have, which is no fault of the hotel, is that I could hear noises outside of the trash truck. Surrounding area seemed safe. Overall, I would stay there again.

We finally found the hotel after driving in circles and calling for directions several times. A bit frustrating for us and the call folks in India. The hotel was nice and we rested well. Breakfast was good and the service friendly. It would have been perfect if someone on the phone could have helped us find the hotel.

The hotel is very easy to access, just a short drive to the airport and we would most definitely stay here again. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. The hot and cold breakfast was enough to get you started for the day. Eggs, ham, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, 5 different types of coffee which was available around 5:00 am - after dropping my husband off at the airport at 4:45 am, I returned and enjoyed a leisurely breakfast before the long drive home. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet-I have a hard time sleeping in hotels, and I slept just fine. The property was clean and I felt like I was safe. Easy access to the interstate-not sure what else I could have asked for at such a reasonable price.

We had a problem with our first room. They suggested we move to another room. It was much better. Several times, we had to wait at the front desk for a clerk to help us. The convenience of this hotel is a major factor of why we stay there.

there were two chairs in the room, only one of them was comfortable to sit in, so my wife and I took turns using it. Breakfast was kind of disappointing, especially on Sunday when there were no scrambled eggs. Have had much better breakfasts. overall though a good experience, we would stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights in the beginning of October. It was perfect for what we were looking for. We stayed in a room with two double beds with two preschoolers and 5 week old baby. It was close quarters with 5ish people, but for all the time that we actually spent in the room, we never had a problem with it. Our check in was prompt and friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning was a great thing and it was wonderful to have a hot option as well as the standard cereal and fruit. We were planning on seeing the zoo and other sights downtown, but it was considerable cheaper to stay outside the downtown area and we were never more than 15 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Over all, we would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I was very disappointed with the breakfast staff. My wife and I had to leave at 6:00am, which is the start of the breakfast time. We went to the area to get some fruit and yogurt at 5:45 and were told unpolitely that we could not take any of the food that was already out until 6:00. I stay at Hampton Inns frequently. I have never had service this unprofessional at a Hampton, or any of the hotels I stay at.

Late arrival checking in, had to go to front desk 3 times to get a key that worked. When reservations were made specified fridge and microwave, front desk said "too bad, none available now". TV did not work. All in all I would NOT recommend this hotel. Book only as a last resort.

Our stay was great! The pool was well maintained, a plus for our swimming family. A few quirks with the TV stations available but got the major ones. Room was very nice and clean but a little cramped with 5 people and all their stuff (double queen room).

The staff was very friendly and accomadating!! The air conditioning unit was loud and it seemed like you were either frozen by it and alternately when it shut off it got hot in the room. Even the children commented and they usually don't notice things like that. All night you were either cold or sweating. I live in a 100 year old farm house and am used to variations in temperature but it made it hard to sleep. There are so many other options in the area..probably wouldn't come back to this Hampton in the hot summer months.

Very well pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel,the location & the hot breakfast was right on time. Hot food that would stick with you for a while & get your day going. Not just a couple of muffins,coffee, cereal & yogurt. It was very nice hot oatmeal,fresh fruit, hashbrowns,egg omelets, turkey links, waffles,along with several other items. We just needed a clean comfortable room for one night and we certainly got that. We felt safe in the hotel and in our room. The complimentary breakfast was great. There were groups staying in the hotel and the staff seemed to be taking care of them very cheerfully and professionally. We were quite satisfied.

Hotellet ligger uden for st. Louis, men det tager ingen tid at køre ind til byen. Vi havde bestilt queensize, men blev opgraderet til kingsize af en sød pige i skranken. Morgenmaden næste dag havde et større udvalg af forskellige lækre ting. Det er et hotel, som jeg klart vil anbefale andre.
