My family of four stayed two nights at the hotel Iside and truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location with safe easily accessable parking. Rooms were good sized with a large bathroom. The location was easily excessable to the major Pompei sites and a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Wifi didn't work well on the second third floor but worked well in the lobby. Breaskfast was fantastic each day and the staff was knowledgable and friendly. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel was located in a very central location. You could see piazza tasso from our balcony. The hotel is located on a main road, corso italia, with easy access to bars, restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean (cleaned everyday), the breakfast was light but good enough to start the day (freshly made coffee, pastries, yogurt, cereal and fruit). The only complaint is that we felt our room smelled like cigarette smoke, although all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. They did extra cleaning and aired the room for us, because they had no other rooms available. It was OK afterwards. I would recommend this hotel to any one. It was good value for the price.

Great little hotel close to Pompei Train Station (NOT Pompei Scavi). Staff is friendly and helpful. But, breakfast is very limited if one is gluten-free (just breads with minimal cheese/meat). Some fruit and or yogurt would be nice. And, the internet is sketchy. Could not get a signal in my room on the 2nd floor and had to go to the lobby to get access.

Nice hotel but the granite and tile floors in the hallways make it very loud. You can hear every noise from others guests as they come and go.

we initially were wary of the town's appearance, but found the hotel quite smart, food good etc. In particular, we were sincerely grateful to the reception staff and porter who went out of their way to help us. I was taken ill in the town square and rushed to hospital. Our Italian language is poor, so we were greatly relieved when the day porter arrived […] at casualty in his own time(having been advised by the police) and did his best to translate the doctor/nurses questions etc. It was a great relief to my wife. Plus the courtesy and interest in our well being when back at the hotel, was extremely reassuring, manager- Giancario particularly. We would certainly return because our impression of Italian people improved considerably as a result. Read more

Personale disponibile e cordiale. Molto bene parcheggio interno (bisogna lasciare le chiavi in portineria). Da migliorare: nel bagno non vi è il riscaldamento (stanza 231).

Nous venons de Paris et avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Une belle esthétique dans le hall d'accueil, bel escalier, salons, salle à manger, spacieux, clair. La chambre (suite) était très confortable, avec de beaux volumes. Mobilier ancien mais joli et pas trop chargé. Surtout nous avons été extrêmement bien acceuilli, les hotesses, qui parlent français, […] sont aux petits soins sans en faire trop. La ville elle-même est chaleureuse et nous avons eu plaisir à nous éloigner le soir des villes touristiques de la côte almalfitaine où nous passions la journée car ici point de touristes, que des italiens, des petites restos sympas et très chaleureux, la vraie ambiance italienne. Nous recommandons sincèrement cet hôtel comme base arrière au périple amalfitain. Read more
