I just want to thank the folks at the Hampton Inn & Suites for their understanding and kindness during our stay. The front desk personnel are warm and friendly and that made a huge difference for our stay. As we were there to see the northern lights, the location of the hotel was ideal. It is close to the roads that lead to areas outside of Fairbanks […] where the lights can be best viewed. There is a shopping center with a Walmart, Barnes and Noble, a fast food restaurant (Carl's Jr.), and a Home Depot across the street from the hotel. During my five day stay, my room was only cleaned once and that was minimal at best. No new towels, soap, shampoo, etc. That one time happened at 5:30 in the evening after I had already come back to the room. One other night they knocked on my door at 7:45pm and I told them it was too late. Since they didn't have time to clean my room, you would think […] they could have emptied the trash in the can by the elevator, but trash stayed overflowing from this can most of the day and didn't get emptied until the morning. How many times did the housekeeping crew walk past this trash can? It really didn't give a great image to walk out of the elevator to see this overflowing trash can. Housekeeping matters. I don't want a clean hotel, I expect a clean hotel for my stay. Too bad they didn't care. Read more

This is a very nice, clean hotel. The rooms are big and the sheets and pillows comfortable. The pool and hot tub are what bring us to this hotel. Conveniently located. Breakfast had omelettes, bacon, waffeles, fruit, cereal biscuits etc...

Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were welcoming and cozy. They did need another service person during breakfast. I felt bad for the one girl who was working by herself. She handled it well though. People were still able to eat and enjoy their breakfast. Will be be back again!

Employees were very helpful. Rooms were welt kept, Cleaning Staff made every effort to make you feel @ home and were always accomodating when it came to your personal needs.

We've stayed with Hampton in many places across the USA, and have never had a problem. Fairbanks is unique in the fact that winter temperatures are quite often far below zero. Hampton not only offered places to plug the car in, but also extension cords to help do so. Thanks for another wonderful stay, Hampton!

I liked the hotel for the most part, but I'm not sure if I'll be coming back. I come to Fairbanks once a month and was looking for a change. I stayed two nights and my room dudn't get cleaned. My boyfriend and I stayed overnight while visiting him at UAF, staff and room were great, we had trouble starting the car in the morning (it was -45 overnight) and the staff was courteous to help get us back on the road.

I think I must have been the worst customer, I came trodding in with 6 kindergarten kids intent on having a pool party, It was an excellent party but as you can imagine that many kids are quite a mess. The hotel staff was super friendly and always ready to help. When one child stubbed his toe so bad that it was bleeding they gave me everything I needed […] to patch him up and made sure he was okay the next morning. we had a great stay. The staff was friendly and curteous. My only complaint was that the swimming pool was very cold and never got warmed to a decent temperature. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Very clean, good service. Breakfast is simple, but it saves the time and money of having to go out so it is definitely worth it to pay the few extra bucks for this hotel over the others in the area without the breakfast. 24 hour coffee/tea was nice too for pre-aurora viewing trips. No issues, great hotel.

とってもしっかりしたホテルでした。オーロラ鑑賞のため、友人と泊まりましたが市内の他のホテルよりも、全然良かったです。　部屋も綺麗で、清潔感がありましたしWiFiコネクションもスムーズで、スピードも速かったです。　ホテルのフロントの方も概ね（残念ながら全員ではなかったですが…）友好的で、笑顔もありましたし感じが良くてホッとしました。　朝食も一般的なものでしたが、普通に良かったです。　唯一、場所が少し市街地から離れてるかわりに道路を挟んだ向かい側に、wallgreenや本屋などの複合施設があり、とても便利なのですが　冬の間は雪がうず高く積もっていて、徒歩ではちょっと厳しかったです。　でも、もしまたフェアバンクスに行く機会があったらこちらに泊まろうと思います！
