      The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

      This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

    it was a 1 star budget hotel so i expected exactly that. when we came into our room it was great! it was beyond our expectation. we thought that the bed would be hard and the pillows uncomfortable but it wasnt. the small bathroom was ok because we'd have our room cleaned when we leave for the day.it included towels, shampoo / soap, toothbrushes. i suggest […] requesting a room with a window because i could imagine that without one, it might be claustrophobic. it is small but it fit us perfectly since we only had a small luggage and a backpack each. we also made early reservations so check in was smooth. for the price we paid, this was a great room for two.     The room was way too small. It only fits the bed. No closet. The bathroom is smaller than its elevatore. It does have good location. Although, you need to take a bus to get to the MRT.

    The hotel was cheap but the rooms were very small. You can not bring any other bag inside the room. The location was not good. It was far away from MRT (ground transporting) and the rast. and shops. There was no bath and the WC was too small. I will not recommend this hotel. If you gonna put any other 10 usd, you can join better hotels.

    In the www.hotel.com, guest parking in complimentary. But we were not even allow to park at all. end up we parked at near by parking facilities.. (Who is covering my parking cost for the 3 Days?)     The hotel room was clean, although quite small for two people to stay. Being alone I did not face much issues, but I am quite sure if there was someone with me, we would bump into each other quite often in the room. The Internet is a bit expensive, and has some weird restriction on how the hours are counted.

    Hey.... it was a cheap room. It was very small, but tidy and clean. There was no window like in the picture. That was hard. But the aircon was great and the beds comfortable enough. The shower had no recess, you just showered in the very small bathroom.

    I checked on the Internet that the check-in time should be 2 pm. However I need to wait until 3pm to get a room. Waiting time to register also quite take a long time. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the room is good and it was comfortable. Last but not list, the location was really convenience and easy to take public transportation.

    The bed sheets didnt even cover the whole bed, and the bed mattress wasnt even a bed matress. More like a leather/plastic matress. I was only in Singapore for 1 night, I should definately have spent the extra money on a decent hotel, in a decent location.

    싱가폴 호텔들 대부분이 그렇듯이 4인 가족이 한방에 묵기에는 어려워, 디럭스 2개를 예약했답니다.ㅜ 디럭스 2개를 시내 중심에 얻으려면 1박에 20만원이 들텐데, 외곽이라 1박에 10만원 정도로 해결 했습니다. 직원 친절하고, 청소상태도 깨끗했습니다. 룸 사이즈는 싱가폴 어디를 가도 비좁습니다. 시내중심의 다른 프래그런스는 대실 등으로 좀 불결하다는 평이 있었으나 이곳은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 단점은 시내 중심가(클락키나 마리나베이 등)에 전철 이용은 불가하나 130번 버스로 한번에 갈수 있습니다. 30~40분 소요. 암튼 착한 가격으로 향후 다시 이용하고 싶군요.^^

    房间没有打开的窗，小一些，只有十平方米的样子，卫生间只有3平方米。新加坡住宿较贵，网上订单，便宜许多。对得起这个价位了。我们就是晚上回去睡觉，如果在宾馆呆时间长的，不建议。周围超市，小贩中心很方便。

    Saya puas dengan pelayanan di hotel ini. Resepsionis yang melayani ramah-ramah. Bisa early check-in juga :) (Thanks to all crew) Kamar hotel terbilang bersih dan cukup nyaman, namun agak sempit untuk yang membawa koper besar. Lokasi hotel cukup dekat dengan bus stop menuju stasiun MRT. Recommended this hotel for backpackers.
