Very nice and clean. Decent breakfast till 10AM, which is good for me. Location on very main road went straight to my destination. They were happy to print maps for me. I'll stay there again. I didn't need anything, so can't speak for the service.

It was a very nice stay.I have never stayed at a Drury before.My only complaint was the dogs on our floor.They started barking very early and continued.This was not just one dog but many dogs.We stayed two nights,witch was quite pricey,for the amount of sleep we got. Thank you

Above any expectations of cleanliness, exceptional service, very nice hot tub and pool, super location, excellent breakfast. I have stayed at many popular hotels in a very well known central Florida hot spot and this hotel here was absolutely better than any of them. Must stay at the Drury Inn!! The room was okay, clean but older. The front desk staff were okay. The breakfast and evening food were okay. The pool was small and overcrowded. The hot tub was broken. It was pretty far away from the Kings Island area, though it was convenient to the outlet mall.

This hotel was very nice and in a nice area. They would have recieved a full 5 star rating from me had the hotel staff been more professional. On several occassions when I needed assistance from the front desk I would have to wait for the front desk staff to finish a personal conversation with someone in maintenance or housekeeping. They seemed to constantly […] be loitering around the front desk. It is one thing to be having a private conversation with them in the office, or at least when someone comes up to the desk for them to stop and acknowledge your presence. But on two separate occasions I was forced to wait 30 seconds or more (even though the front desk agent, her name was Toy, saw me as I approached) and I then had to interupt their conversation to address a minor issue. Professionalism is important, and this staff lacked it. Otherwise we were very happy with all of the accomodations, the room cleanliness, comfort and the little perks that Drury Inns offer. I would simply recommend that you stay with the Drury Inn closer to Cincinnatti about 15 miles further south on I-75 if that is not too inconvenient. I was treated very well and felt the atmosphere to me much more professional at that location. Read more

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was better than my house, the hot breakfast was yummy and the evening happy hour was great! Free hot food - hot dogs, chicken tenders, nachos, mac and cheese and even free alcoholic drinks and pops. Don't stay anywhere else in Middletown - we've tried several others and this is the greatest by far!!

I pulled off I-75 to find a place to stay for the night and did I luck out. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. New, clean, comfortable. The only down side were the dozen or so 10 - 11 year olds running around the hotel making all kinds of noise.

The hotel was conveniently situated near the highway. The staff was exceptional! Everyone was very welcoming and attentive. Great hotel for a family with kids. The pool is too cold, but the kids don't mind and they love that the pool is inside and outside. The breakfast is good and the evening appetizers with free drinks (including wine) is great.

Fantastic! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and updated. Loved the big bathrooms, makes giving kids their baths so much easier. When traveling, I will look for one of these hotels to stay in before settling for something else.
