The room, service, and breakfast were good. The hotel is located far from any other services. Be sure to eat before arriving for the evening; although the hotel did have some TV dinners for purchase and there is a microwave in the room. The location was great for visiting Capitol Reef National Park.

The managers were outstanding! Evident care and pride in the facility, and additional help offered when our car was disabled. Somewhat remote location increased appeal of well-stocked grocery concession. Very clean with all of the basics well covered. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The front desk people were exteremly nice and friendly. They make you feel you are at your own home. The room was very good size. The front view of the hotel was the moder nature with her own natural buty, of course at a cost of not having not too many option of nearby restaurante. Entring the address to Google map was not that stright forward.

We were looking for an affordable, comfortable motel w a pool while visiting Goblin Valley State Park. It was 45 minutes apart w very remote countryside and run down tourism businesses along the way. We were very concerned as to where we would end up expending the western version of the Baites Motel. The staff/mgmt. were friendly, accomodating and helpful. The continental breakfast was good, bed was firm and humming birds buzzzed around the feeder by day and bats around the pool lights by night, very entertaining given the location. Hanksville was 18 miles away and that is where you need to go for food. The nearby resteraunt publicized by the motel was scary, the chicken was tough no matter what it was mixed with and the cleanliness of the place was questionable. Read more

It was a nice place out in the middle of the country. Be sure to plan for eating arrangements. There is a cafe down the road that will deliver. We really enjoy our overnight stay.

"Hotel in the Middle of Nowhere" doesn't have an AT&T or Verizon signal but is VERY clean and comfortable with OK WiFi. I'd suggest it if you are driving through or visiting the Valley of Goblins (which my kids LOVED: 12, 9, and 6).

Was just a place to stay. Only complaint I have was there was NO COFFEE IN ROOMS!! I'm an early riser and they served coffee in their adjoining store. But didn't open until 7 am. I didn't like that at all!

It was great! Very clean and Managers/Owners were great! Not many resturants around but, the hotel had frozen dinners available for sale and there was a microwave/ refrigerator in room. We also had wifi, which we didn't have in our previous two hotels. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel nearby Capital Reef. Very quite and clean. Friendly owner. Simple breakfast included. Note that there is a little restaurant (Mesa Luna) 3 miles further down the road, but this restaurant is not always open. Other restaurants are about 20 miles away.

Hotel had a staffing issue when we stayed, rooms were filthy, however, the cleaning staff had just left, and they were transitioning between permanent staff who also left the day we showed up. There was nobody to check us in, the room was dirty (bathroom and bathtub was really really bad), and they had recently sprayed for potatoe bugs, (dead bugs all […] over in the room, not vacuumed up, and in the bathroom. BUT, the owner cleaned our room and bathroom for us personally twice, he bent over backwards to make up for the staffing issues, he was kind and enthusiastic about the area. This hotel is close in proximity to Cainville swingarm city, and is super convienient. I would strongly recommned this place based solely on the personal care and attention by the owner! GREAT JOB Man! Internet doesn't work in your room most of the time, but works great at the continental breakfast area. 5 star individual service in a 2-3 star location! Stay here instead of camping! This motel is in the middle of miles of national park land, where there is very little population. The manager was very friendly and even called down to the only restaurant nearby to make sure they would stay open for us. The room was clean and had everything you would need, coffeemaker, microwave and frig. They give you a continental breakfast which […] included fresh waffles(not frozen) along with fruit , cereal, milk and juice. When I asked for some advise on the state and national parks, the manager was so helpful and gave me information only a local could give. This was a tiny town of 25 people, but the welcome we got was very warm. We swam in the pool and went for a nice dinner at a local campground...a mother/daughter team prepared a wonderful flatiron steak and a Mexican fiesta for us, the only guests! We made it a few miles closer to Capitol Reef but enjoyed our stay.

Ausser dem Hotel gibt es in der Umgebung von 50 km nichts. Essen wird aus der Tiefkühlbox angeboten. Ein Nichtraucherzimmer war reserviert, in dem Zimmer das wir bekamen wurde vorher geraucht. Ideal für Ausflüge in den Capitol Reef National Park (offroad).

Das Hotel war wirklich schön, allerdings liegt es total einsam im Grünen, nicht weit zum Capitol Reef Nationalpark. Ein Restaurant gibt es nicht, das nächste Haus ist zwei Meilen entfernt, dort gibt es ein kleines Restaurant, Luna Mesa, das eher wild und nicht besonders gut ist. Heel rustig gelegen. Nadeel: er is in de nabije omgeving geen gelegenheid om iets te eten. Zorg dus wel dat je dinner had vooraleer aan te komen. Het hotel zelf verkoopt wel wat maaltijden die in de microgolf in de kamer kunnen opgemaakt worden.

Sur un périple de 14 jours au travers les USA, ce motel de prétention moyenne nous a surpris par son très bon état, son confort et la qualité de l'acceuil qui nous a été réservé par le gérant. Petit déjeuner irréprochable. Bien qu'un peu isolé, de très bon resto sont disponibles à 15 minutes.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber die Tür hat etwas geklemmt und die Klimaanlage nicht besonders gut funktioniert, zudem war sie vor unserer Ankunft nicht eingeschaltet.
