Very nice, clean hotel. Pretty small too. Parking was a bit tight but there were always spaces. Only problem was our room was on the ground floor next to an EXTREMELY bright exterior flood lamp. Made getting the room dark a challenge. Right across the street from Poison Spider bikes (although crossing the street is difficult). Would stay here again.

We try to stay here every year during the Moab Jeep Safari. There is a large parking lot that accommodates our trailers and extra vehicles. The hotel grounds are well maintained and clean. Nice manager and staff.

The Hampton Inn is in a nice location in Moab, close to Arches, Canyon Land and the Colorado River Scenic highway. The down side is it is on the main road so you are dealing with lots of traffic.

I have stayed at another hotel in the area which was booked, but settled here for free breakfast and wifi. Staff was great and kind, breakfast decent, and wifi was quick. The bed was by far the most comforable I have slept in in a hotel in a few years (even in higher end hotels). My only areas of improvement would be in parking and room temperature. The parking lot was filled with guests but became complicated by the rental ATV's of guests parked on curbs. I was afraid to lose my spot when I left for dinner. Also, the thermostat into room was off and temperature was regulated by a wall unit. It just did not seem to want to maintain a temperature and I had to repeatedly adjust it to be completely comfortable. I did not bring it to management, as I was very tired and unpacked, but I believe they would have fixed it if I told them if I was staying more than one night. I do recommend staying here.

Everything was fine until we pulled back the bedspread and found lipstick, crumbs, and hair in our sheets. Unfortunately it was already late and we were ready to go to bed. We called the front desk and they brought up clean sheets, but just handed us the stack for us to re-make the bed. Very disappointing.

Clean, modern hotel with comfortable furnishings. Very helpful staff. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The breakfast on the second morning (Saturday) was very busy and it took a while to find somewhere to sit. Free cookies and refreshments in the foyer/breakfast area were a nice touch.

This newer hotel was clean, quiet, staff-friendly, and close to all the Moab attractions. Stayed here three nights in late February in a NW corner room with an excellent western view. Parking lot could be bigger and a fridge in the room would have been nice but would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay and the trip. The hotel was great and the Hampton Inn complimentary breakfast is always a win. The only complaint was the temperature of the room. But we were able to offset it some by the A/C in the room.

While I generally don't like leaving a bad review, I feel this one is necessary. Note that the hotel staff was wonderful...but the positive aspects of the hotel end there. The room: clean and looks updated however, the pillows and bed were so bad and so uncomfortable that neither of us got any kind of restful sleep. The sound proofing was non-existent (at 3 am the first night, the room above started pounding on the floor for several hours. The children screaming and running through the halls could be heard over the cooling unit). The tissue paper I believe wasn't even one ply. Connecting to the WiFi was a joke. Only able to for a couple hours but couldn't reconnect on any of our 3 devices. The hot tub (which you'd want to really relax in after a long hike) had pitiful jets and wasn't well maintained at all. The breakfast was very mediocre to say the least. The remote control didn't work well in either room (yes we switched rooms because of the banging the night before). And in the second room, the cooling unit didn't work well. Overall, obviously not some place you'd want to spend for your anniversary, however friendly and helpful the staff is.Stay away!

Apart from the Vegas hotels (those are hard to beat), this is was the most pleasant hotel in our one-week National Parks trip. Way better than you would expect from a hotel in a small town, though Moab is not quite an average small town. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful, the hotel location is quite convenient, walking distance to the town center. Would definitely stay there again.

We made a lst minute decision to go to see Arches so we called the Hampton and were able to get a room. They are always dependable and clean, comfortable beds. We had no complaints bout the room.

No complaints. No restaurant, but the self-serve breakfast is quite decent. When I checked into my room, the A/C was not working. The front desk called their maintenance man who was not on site, but he showed up within 10-15 minutes and was able to repair the unit in another 10 minutes or so. I was not offered another room. Because these things happen, and the staff was on top of it and in a friendly, helpful way, I am chalking it up to "these things happen" (like the government shutdown which almost shut my entire vacation down -- all 5 parks I had planned to visit on the trip were closed during my visit).

I have been in road trip across country and therefore been at many places. This Hampton room on 1st floor had no fridge or microwave. The desk did deliver a fridge upon my request though but you have to ask. The lap top portable table is signature Hampton, as is the cookies at the front desk. The Plus- a power station to plug in all your USB devices etc. pool open to 11pm but the hot tub water line was well 3 inches too low the first night. Hot breakfast "open until 10am" but they start closing it off at 9:45 :( unbelievably served Denver omelet 2 days in a row :( this Hampton does have laundry room for guests. 2 night stay pricey in September $452 incl. tax

After two days of tent camping in southeastern Utah it was great to sleep in a real bed! The hotel has a great location in Moab, it was quiet, the room was great and the staff were very professional. Will definitely be back in Moab and would stay here again!

We stayed two nights in Moab, Utah to visit Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The Hampton Inn was easy to locate and well up to usual Hampton standards. Check-in and check-out was a snap. Our king suite was very roomy. Unlike some Hampton king suites, however, it did not have a microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom was well appointed and had a shower stall (but no tub) which was actually preferred by my wife and I. Our first floor room was very convenient to a side (secure) entrance, the guest laundry (which we did not use), an ice machine (in the laundry room), and the breakfast area. The entire hotel including common areas and our room was immaculately clean. The room was also very quiet despite being near the laundry and adjacent to US-191 (Main Street in Moab). We experienced no road noise either night. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d certainly stay here again if passing through this area.

The Hampton Inn is well situated. Moab is an interesting town and offers good eating venues. It does not have a fridge or microwave, but everything else is fine. But it is expensive for a three-star hotel.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Moab Hampton Inn. We had returned earlier that day from an overnight river rafting tour from one of the local adventure outfits, so we were a little sore and very tired. Our room was on the third floor not far from the elevator. The front desk agent was very helpful in directing us to the in-house laundry area, which we took advantage of to wash a few clothes from the trip. We enjoyed the pool area before a nice dinner, at a location recommended by your staff, that included a discount coupon from the Hampton. Breakfast the following day was pleasant and filling. We enjoyed our stay.

Individual A/C in each room was extremely noisy and cycled on and off every 5 minutes all night. No choice of room was offered. Hostess was totally ignorant of local restaurants. It was very frustrating to not be able to gain Hilton Honors points simply because we booked the room through expedia.com. We don't think that should have mattered and since we will be staying many nights at other Hilton hotels, we were hoping to also add the points from this stay. TV did not work during storm (most of the evening). When we asked to borrow a corkscrew from the front desk, we were told to go buy one since the hotel's had all been stolen.
