We stayed for one night to run the Hyannis Marathon. The hotel is basic, clean and inexpensive. Perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly, both when I had to call ahead with questions and during our stay. It was a bit tricky to control the heat. If we turned the heat on it got very hot very quickly and then we had to turn it off and let it get cool again before starting the process again :-) Overall, good value and we would stay again. Thank you so very much to the desk staff who allowed us to check out a little late because we were freezing cold and soaked through after the marathon - very much appreciated :-)

We all loved the outdoor heated pool!! Didn't even realize they had one until we got there. Very clean rooms and everything you need right at the Hotel. The kids loved the arcade and live animal show they had on Saturday night. Hotel was convienent to stay in for the Hyannis Half Marathon!

I was here for a curling (not golf) event. The room could use a face lift. It's age is showing. But it was clean, comfortable and convenient. I would return.

Not worth the money. There is no a/c, the pool needs alot of work, the lounge chair cushions look like ther 10 years old & the chairs so uncomfortable.

Beware! The pictures of the hotel where just of what people wanted to see and not the whole thing! pool was closed do to rain and never opened back up when it just rained for a few minutes no air conditioning just fan in closet. sofa bed was not made up when the reservation i booked was for 2 adults and one child so had to make the bed. booked […] a ocenfront property which i got an ocenview just not the front. complimentary breakfast was ok other than everything being styrofoam plates and plastic utensils if i paid such a high price for a hotel room i would expect more from the place. stairs to walk up to 3rd floor thank god I did have a handicap adult with me. Perfekt beliggenhed i første række. God pool med fantastisk udsigt. Værelset noget slidt med kun det mest nødvendige udstyr. Mange skabe men alle var aflåste.
