Travelodge did great at upgrading this motel. I stayed in the older Angels Inn and am happy to report the upgrade is a huge success. Service was fantastic, as the staff went all out to be sure we were happy. Two rooms were converted into the breakfast area. Room had a small fridge and microwave, and a nice size flat screen TV. Motel was easy to find as it is just off of highway 49 and slightly north of highway 4. Our room was located away from the highway and had no noise at all. Not sure it makes a difference as traffic goes to near zero at night. We will return again. Maintenance of room was fine.

The room I was in was clean. The room had a window unit that kept it warm at night. The bathroom was a bit small and the shower head was a bit low but besides that the water was warm and stayed warm. The parking was good if you arrived early, first come first serve. For its price the hotel is very good. It was quiet at night when I went and had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The minifridge and microwave in the room was a nice addition as well.

Check in was great, and the host was very welcoming. She had our room keys made, so there was no delay in getting to our room. The hotel was recently renovated so it was clean, with good features. It had a nice flat panel TV with ample cable to keep my wife and the kids entertained. The shampoo provided wasn't plentiful, however, a trip to the front desk yielded more.

I've stayed here before and enjoyed it, as I did this time. A clean, good-sized room with everything I needed, and a good value. I know it's family-operated so the desk closes at 10, so I called ahead about my late arrival and they accommodated me. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice surrounding scenery and easy to find the Inn since it is just off the main road. Nice, comfortable room with TV & free coffee. The pool and spa (hot tub) hours were not to convenient, closing at 8:00 p.m. in the summer & opening at noon. Don't plan on swimming the morning you need to check-out because check-out hours are 11:00 a.m. The lobby […] is nice with couches & a TV, but when I asked if we could watch the TV, the answer was, "No". great mattress, soft comforter, only drawback was couldn't get internet but good to peace and quiet, pool heated, jacuzzi, within walking distance to restaurants and store. amazing pine smell of trees! paradise...refrigerator and microwave in room. don't miss!!
