Very helpful staff, quick drive to Ybor city. Not fancy, but room clean, bed decent, price decent. It is close to the highway, but the highway is elevated so we we experienced no noise problems. Reccomended

I stay in 3 hotels at 3 difference city in FL this trip n this was the best, hotel is new so maybe thts the reason of clean, easy to find is right beside I4, breakfast was great lots of choice, Internet fast no issues at all, room have in 16:9 flat tv with a nice office chair, room was pretty , will always go back

I stayed here twice already. The hotel is clean and the service was great. The breakfast buffet was also good. They seem to be undergoing some remodeling, since we could only enter the hotel through the main entrance (instead of the side doors using the hotel room key). Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here on a brief overnight stay in Tampa and were pleased with the room. The employees were courteous and helpful. Our reservation was no problem, but the reservations of another party of elderly ladies was lost, and they bent over backwards to accommodate them. The hotel itself seems to be undergoing a renovation, because down […] our hallway there were several patches of paint samples (i guess they were still deciding on a new color scheme?) and some hallways smelled faintly of paint. The rooms were spacious and clean, save for 1 or 2 minor stains in the carpet, but I'm sure the renovation will take care of that eventually as well. The included breakfast was adequate: 2 waffle makers, bagels,toast, cereal, juice and coffee. The one caveat is the location: it seems to be a fairly industrial area, right off of I-4, and there are no shopping areas or restaurants within walking distance. Spent a weekend in Tampa, booked the hotel because of it's location. Was a few minutes from the fairgrounds, 40 minutes from Treasure Island, and a few minutes from Ybor City. Decent, filling continental breakfast with some variety... eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels and toast. Outdoor pool area looked nice, although we […] didn't use it. Room & bathroom were clean, staff was very helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions, several local pizza places deliver to hotel. Rooms weren't very soundproofed, but noise wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Front entrance doors are locked & you must be let in by someone at the desk after a certain time, which adds security, although we never felt unsafe at all. Front desk was manned all night. Forgot several toiletry items, they were able to provide all of them for me at no cost. Was absolutely worth the price, great rates and we would definitely stay again! Read more

Everything was great with this hotel. Hard to find from 1-4. Sits back behind another hotel and Map quest sends you the wrong way.. Very clean, friendly staff.Air conditioner setting in room seemed to be off. had it down to 70 to be comfortable. Otherwise a great stay.

The directions from Google were hard to follow and I ended-up driving around the surrounding neighborhood to get to the hotel and it was pretty bad. Newer facility with typical breakfast but generally very comfortable. This is my 2nd or 3rd overnight stay and the only problem I've ever had is that the hallways can be a little noisy at night. They are quite long so any noise anywhere is spread pretty easily. Not a big problem and I'll likely stay there again when I need something in the area

It is less than fifteen minutes away from the airport and close to other attractions. The pool area is nice also. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were 3 adults in town for a tournament. Nice clean room, exceptional staff, very friendly and accomodating. Only problem we had was that we were 2 doors down from the weight room and it is open 24 hours. Kids were in there until after 1am slamming weights. When we called the front desk, security was sent down there and within a matter of minutes […] the noise stopped. The hotel itself was either built or renovated in '09, and that's its saving grace. Lobby is very nice, and the building has a fairly fresh look to it. Unfortunately, the upkeep isn't there, so it's already showing signs of neglect. Broken/missing tile, lots of scuffs and marks on the paint, and lots of oil stains in the carport area. The staff was […] friendly, but visible chest and arm tattoos on both the men and the women doesn't look very professional, and the girl at the front gave us completely wrong directions to our room, so we drove to the 2nd building, unloaded, went upstairs and realized our room was in the first building. Yay. The room itself wasn't bad, but the carpet had an ugly stain in front of the bed and the carpet had a weird greasy feel to it. I walked on it once without socks/shoes and my feet felt gross after that. Continental breakfast is hardly worth mentioning. As many other posters stated, the neighborhood is definitely not the best. Bottom line, while it's not a bad place, the longer it stays in a decline, the worse off it will be, and there are tons of other hotels in the area that are nicer and in nicer areas. We've stayed at the Country Inn a couple of times and will go back there next time. Read more

Very clean, Plenty of fluffy pillows, and we were able to check in an hour early! Very close to interstate, but wasn't distracting for sleep. Only drawback: Not many food options nearby.
