Have no real complains - it was cheap and good accommodation for 2 nights to spend during our weekend retread to white mountains. Clean and spacious room, pretty warm (you can adjust the heat by yourself and make it even 90F if you want - just do not forget to do it as by default it is turned off). Basic motel. Good room for the price. Continental Breakfast was just barely adequate. Room was clean with adequate space. Great view of Franconia Ridge just outside every room. Convenient to the local restaurants in Lincoln and North Woodstock. Quick drive to Loon Mountain Ski Area.

Wanted a cheap place to stay for two nights, and got exactly what I wanted. This place is very close to Alpine Adventures, which is the primary reason we were in NH. There aren't many restaurant choices around and breakfast was very simple. I booked a room for 4 people ( 2 queen beds ) but I think if we had sleeping bags, we could have fit 6 people in there comfortably.

Room was spacious and clean, but later in the evening it got a bit chilly in the room, temp on thermostat said 70, but the room didn't seem to feel like 70 degrees, called the office and spoke to the desk clerk said she would check the heater in the seller, waited for about an 1/2 hr still no change in room temperature, called the desk again and got […] an answer machine, left a message and waited another 1/2 hr to no avail. at this point a shower was out of the question, so we called the desk again this time the desk clerk answered the phone, we stated again that the thermostat was not working and that the temp was still the same, the clerk came to our room and checked the thermostat and stated to us that the temperature was at 70 degrees and that the room felt warm, but would again check the heater in the cellar... About 1 to 2 hrs later the heat came on only because we turned the thermostat up to about 90 degrees by this time no chance for a shower. The clerk seemed to be upset because we asked to have them turn up the heat a little for us.. the hotel was about 3/4 full of clients did not know if the others felt the same way as we did or for that fact were having the same symptoms with their rooms?? We arrived at 1:30 in the morning due to canceled flights into Manchester. When we got in the room it was so cold and we couldn't figure out where the heater was. When we called the office she said behind the TV. My husband said who would ever look behind the TV to find a heat control. We didn't apreciate having a room on the second floor which is only accessible by using an extremely steep staircase (with the only other way to exit being jumping over the railng!). Also, the walls are very thin and we were kept awake by the 'neighbors'.

It's 3 miles from Loon Mountain. It was pretty clean, quiet, and hassle free. Breakfast was unappealing, but there was a fridge and coffeemaker in the room.

The hotel provided a place to stay during an event in the town that limited available accomodations. The hotel could use a renovation. On the plus side, the hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was convenient to the Franconia Notch area.

great location! delicious pancakes across the street and so much to do in downtown Lincoln/Franconia. Room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommend trying the zip lines - awesome!

Decor and fittings old (some date from 1960s), but well maintained and everything worked. Room was clean and very spacious, and included a fridge (good if self-catering, as food options nearby are limited). Close to waterpark and interstate, yet quiet location. Breakfast just okay. Overall v.satisfied and would definitely stay again.

This is a great, simple hotel in beautiful country but in a busy location. The room was clean. The price was very cheap. Breakfast was humble. Flat screen TVs in some of the rooms. Outdoor pool would be nice in the summer. I will stay there again.
