This suited our needs perfectly. We came by bus this time so proximity to PABT was great, although if I had driven there is parking across the street. So close to Times Square. I had no issue with service or cleanliness, everything was great!

This hotel had a great price and parking garage right in front of the hotel. Walking distance from Times Square is just one block away. It was very clean and the complementary breakfast is a plus. Will stay again.

This hotel was really all I needed in a pinch. Cozy room, comfy bed, TV for watching the election results, and a great shower, once I figured out how to turn it on! We stayed here after NYCC, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was good. It's only about a mile walk to the Javits Center. We had a few extra people with us but they didn't bother us about it. The only problem we had was that the shower in our room wasn't working very well.

Great location...close to Times Square and Theatres...15 minute walk from Penn Station...if your saving $ on cab or subway fare. Good breakfast in the am...eggs, sausages or bacon and waffles along with other continental fare. Staff was not over friendly...except the breakfast attendant...she was relly sweet.

All was very good. It was clean, and convenient to Times Square and a lot of street vendors. The only thing that was a bit of an issue is that it was so crowded in that tiny breakfast, we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Clearly, it was a zoo. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is right in the heart of the theatre district and a short 2 block walk from the Port Authority bus station which was perfect since that was the transportation we used to get into NYC. I booked a room at this hotel because I has some points to redeem via hotels.com and wanted to stay near Times Square. I only booked for 1 night. Little did I know that my assigned room was actually a basement level room. While the fact I was put in the basement level room did not bother me, it was the fact that the room was musty. My window view from […] the room was the backyard of the hotel property that was a junkyard. There was debris and junk laying all over the backyard. The room itself was ok. There was at least a coffee maker and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast consist of eggs and bacon that is actually cooked from the microwave.....yuck. They also had cereals and fruit. Only 1 guest elevator to use which ran slow. No guest laundromat so I had to use a laundromat to use 2 blocks away. The hotel is close to Time Square so that's the only positive thing I can say about the hotel. I would not stay here again and I am surprised the Choice would even consider hotel as part of their hotel chains. Read more

Once the air freshener that the cleaning staff used wore off, the scent was prominent if not overwhelming. That was certainly disappointing. I told the front desk and they gave me a can of air freshener, which merely masked the smell for a while. If we'd been there longer than our two night stay, I would have asked for them to clean the carpet or move us, but fortunately, we weren't in the room that much. My stay was very pleasant. It had a nice breakfast served in the AM and it was conveniently located to Time Square. The only thing I would fault is the elevator is very slow and I had to take the stairs from the 6th floor down to teh main lobby BUT overall I was satisifed and would definitely stay there again.
