The only compliant I had was at breakfast the first day when the eggs had run out.     Outstanding service at this hotel make a extended stay due to snow storm very enjoyable. The staff is very helpful and friendly especially Joey along with the comforts of this clean well maintained hotel made for a very nice little vacation.

    The hotel was very conveniently located close to the centre of Charlottetown, with nice, clean rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

    my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was very ccomfortable. The decor was really nice. It is conveneient to downtown Charlottetown. The staff are exceptional. They booked dinner reservations helped us with directions..awesome. Just a couple of negatives.... only two large towels for two adults. Thats okay if the woman does not have hair. The […] cleaning staff need to pay more attention to cleaning all of the washroom. They did not colean the tub daily. I spilled some lotion and it hit the wall by the toilet. When I wiped the wall and the floor around the toilet the cloth was yellow and full of dust, Yuck. There was a urinf drip down the front of the toilet the whole time we ere ther.... 5 nights. I think bathrooms need a top to tail disinfection between cliets. The rest od thee room was very well kept and the bathroom supplies which were very high quality were stocked daily. Read more

    We have stayed at the Hotel on Pownal on two occasions in 2011. The first stay we had a suite in the main building and it was absolutely beautiful. The beds are amazing and furnishing have a modern flare. The second stay the room had 3 beds in 2 rooms. It was an ok room as it was a bit outdated compared to the suite with an outside entrance on ground […] level with the parking and the cleaning staff stored their carts right next to room..very noisy! However the service and continental breakfast made up for the room. Read more

    Newly renovated rooms. The room was spacious and very clean. I like the fact that that they had real wine glasses by the ice bucket. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was located downtown Charletown, walking distance to numerous 1st class pubs and restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful

    This was a lovely hotel, perfectly located between the downtown core of Charlottetown and the waterfront. The room was clean, comfortable though quite small. The continental breakfast was lovely, as was the dining area and lobby. No complaints - I would definitely stay here again!
