Dartington is a special place, a restored medieval hall. Very beautiful and the rooms are up to 21st. century standards. The one mild problem was the WIFI was touchy; one had to stand by the window for it to work. Very reasonable priced.

The hosts here are so friendly, the area walking distance to the beach and eateries, the rooms very clean and beds comfortable. We had a little trouble with the new heat system, but I am sure it is sorted out now. Wonderful delicious breakfast. I highly recommend. We loved the restaurant they recommended to us also.

Beautiful location, however it is a number of single track lanes to get there. Very friendly and helpful inn keepers. Great breakfast. Enjoyable to walk the 240 acre farm. Convenient to other local sights in Devon.

We found the staff friendly and helpful from start to finish. We had a first class cream tea in the afternoon and later dined in the restaurant and had a fantastic meal. Even the check out was made to be an enjoyable experience!

This was the first time that I had stayed here since the new ownership. The food was excellent. The room was comfortable although there was a glitch with housekeeping as the bathrobe wasmissing and tissues. It would not stop me going again. The hotel restaurant was very quiet and I was disappointed that the owners made no attempt to speak with me although […] they were around and I was the only guest.
