Small Dark, Outdated and Smelly.
My friend got locked inside the room, with the key on the outside of the door. Couldn't get anyone at the front desk to answer the phone. Rescued after opening the window and yelling for a stranger to help contact the staff to open the door. The room is dark and outdated. The whole hotel decor was also old and smelly. Definitely not staying there again. The hotel was too far from the Termini Train Station, costing 20 euros one way plus the shake down the taxi driver wanted to squeeze out. The front desk man yelled at me for waiting on the lobby sofa while waiting for my friend to return to help with the rest of the luggage, because they have a tiny elevator. FORTY FIVE minutes later after finally being set free from the room I saw my friend come back exhausted from hanging out of the window yelling for help. I had no idea what room was assigned to go looking as to what the delay was about. For safety reasons (fire) I would expect the room to be able to be opened from the inside. Think twice before staying here.

Nice Hotel, uncomfortable bed!
This Hotel was very nice and upscale for the price, I loved the mini bar at the hotel and the decor was very charming, but I stayed in a single room with a single bed and the bed was the size for a child and the mattress was more like s Boxspring it was so hard and my tv in the room was one of the old tube tv small 13 inch, I slept terrible so my stay at the hotel wasn't pleasant because of it. But maybe larger rooms are better I don't know.

Stay somewhere else.
Worst possible customer service. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Never again
This was our final hotel that we stayed in after a long 3 week vacation and it was nothing compared to the other hotels we stayed at. It was very old, small and dirty. The only good thing about the hotel is that it has free internet downstairs. Breakfast is not at all what I expected (stale cereal) water downed Milk and Orange Juice and a very poor selection of breakfast items. (less than continental)
