The room was clean, but minimal and small plus there was not wifi. the food in the cafe was good and reasonably priced.

Immaculate, most charming, a long way to go from London but well worth it. We would stay there again, it is a total wounderful surprice. I would recomment it to all my friends.Love it!!!

Hotel has been updated. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Good place to stay when taking a ship.

Heatherleigh Guest House is close to Shanklin Chine, Sandown Pier, and Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary. Also nearby are Dinosaur Isle and Browns Golf Course.

The Breakfast Room is situated on the lower ground floor. It is bright and airy with large modern glass tables and large comfortable chairs. Lots of original paintings on the walls and our help your self buffet table is full of cereals, fresh and dried fruits, yogurts, nuts and seeds and specialist teas. Choose from the extensive breakfast menu and your breakfast is cooked to order.
Check-in hours are 11 AM - 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM - 9 PM only. Guests can arrange other check-in times by contacting the property directly, using contact information in the confirmation received after booking via this website.
Children must be at least 6 years old.

I booked this as a quiet break from our hectic schedules for myself and my Fiancée and it was just that. The location is great, Shanklin is a lovely little village and has some great walks along the coast. Definitely recommended for anyone staying on the IOW. Owners are very friendly with plenty of advice for things to do and see. Full english breakfast impressive too. We stayed in the family room which has a small extra room to the side with a bunk bed for two children. Would fit teenagers fine though it's a bit small for anything but sleeping.
