"Convenient location in London"
Presidential Apartments is a hotel with suite-style rooms close to Earl's Court underground stop in London. The location is really great, you can go there from Heathrow taking the Piccadily line and not having to change once. Other locations are equally close using the underground. We stayed at an Executive Studio with 3 adults. The room is quite big, […] with a small kitchen and all required facilities. It has a large flat TV and in-room wireless Internet. The only problem was the sofa bed, which is a bit small and uncomfortable for an adult but would be good of a child. There is no restaurant (apart from breakfast facilities) but there are plenty of alternatives in the main street within 2 minutes walk and you can also order delivery through reception. Clearly a good alternative for a London stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Amazing comfort for unbeatable price"
In great neighborhood with grocery store on the corner. Many good resteraunts with Nandos being a favorite. The room was huge compared to the standard European hotel. It far exceeded our expectations. Good sized bathroom with heated towel rack, floors and mirror. Everything you would need was provided in room. Besides the kitchenette it had your very […] own washer, toaster, utensils and anything you would need to cook a small meal. The electric kettle was very nice with assorted tea, hot chocolate, and coffee. They even had a small fruit basket and cookies. We found the bed comfortable and there was a really nice amount of storage space for your clothes and a closet. The only negative thing I can say is the fact that the walls are so thin, but staying in other hotels around Europe that seems to be something they all have in common. It was usually quiet except in the morning with maids did their rounds. Our room was situated right next to their station and we constantly heard them coming in and out the door slamming frequently. This could get annoying the day we wanted to sleep in but we were always out and about so wasn't an issue. Besides that can't beat it. The free wifi and 2 min walk to train station was so convienient for sight seeing. My friends were staying at another hotel two streets up an it was so depressing!!! It was the exact same size as the standard room on a cruise ship. They asked me about our room and they were sick to find out I paid only $30 more a night than them for substantially much more room and comfort they would gladly have paid the difference. "Not worth the money"
The hotel was cleana nd the neighborhood was great, however, the room was waaay too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed that was supposed to be for the kids was only big enough for one person and it was in terrible condition. Lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The hallways were filled with dirty linens and cleaning […] supplies each and every time we entered or left the unit (I have photographs). We asked the front desk to rectify the situation as it was a fire hazard but nothing was done during the entire 5 days we were there. We tried to change to another hotel and found that we could have stayed at the Intercontinental (across from Buckingham Palace and 5 stars) or The Langham (off Oxford Street and another luxury property) for the same price. Both are well above the Presidential in appearance, location and value. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
These apartments out did my expectations. They are very nicely renovated and have everything you could need. The only downside is staff that aren't very helpful, but this wouldn't stop me from staying here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Only complaint was that fresh towels were not placed in our room one day until we called the desk. They were brought to us promptly after the call.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Really enjoyed our stay. Couple minutes walk to the underground and alot of takeaway bars and mini marts within 1 block away. The hotel was very nice and the reception were very helpful. Felt very safe in the area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed our stay, our room served us well. Getting to it though was a challenge thanks to the shag style carpet which made pulling multiple suitcases along very hard. We also had to get through many fire doors along thin corridors on this carpet....then down a narrow flight of stairs and along more shag carpet until we finally found our room. Luckily […] we are strong! Perhaps getting rid of the carpet and laying an insulated floor board would help? Other than this, the location was good ( just around the corner from Earls Court tube) as were the facilities of the room. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Never have I ever stayed in a place so bad! Firstly the location is so confusing for drivers, second the place is so tiny! The hallways are always so hot bad wi fi, unclean rooms, the double bed is actually two single rock hard beds joined together, the sofa bed was broken and they had to send two members of staff just to open it for us and they set […] it up(men!) I found this uncomfortable as there was 3 women in the room at night. The bathroom towels looks disgusting, the balcony view is a hostel, the staff are clueless. Pictures are deceiving. Don't think about booking this!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Clean in a great location"
Staff were friendly, room was nice and clean that even had a welcome fruit basketGenuine Expedia guest review
Stayed at the Executive Studio, 1 Double Bed with Sofabed, Courtyard Area and was pleasantly surprised that the room is large enough (hard to find such room size in London). Very convenient, close to restaurants and convenience store and just 5mins walk to Earls Court train station.Genuine Expedia guest review
Response by Presidential Apartments - Kensington Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to be of service :)
"Nice hotel close to shops"
However there is absolutely nothing to do other than stay in or go to unfriendly pubs, which they have in abundance. Please note there is NO mix of people in area which impacted our getaway most and is the key reason for not recommending the hotel. Also had female staff recommend a bar for drinks and after walking for ages following her instructions, […] we were later told that it had closed down years ago!! So there is absolutely nothing to do but stay in and watch the tv and enjoy the room sadly!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
A reasonable and clean apartment/room. I would stay again. Reasonably priced. The only let down was being asked whether I would like an upgraded room for only £5 extra per person (there was three of us). We were then ushered to view the room and declined the offer (as we thought an upgrade an unnecessary cost) only to be told that we could have it anyway […] but not to let the manager know! After checking the details of my room booking online- the room was exactly what we had already booked and paid for in the first place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"No comfortable place to sit/shower"
Complains about the shower which didn't drain properly and meant one either flooded the room when it overflowed or had to turn it off several times in the course of a shower to let the water slowly drain away, as well as reporting that the shower hose leaked badly, were politely written down by staff at the reception, but nothing was done to remedy […] the situations over the next two (week) days. There was one small, round 'bar' height glass table and two 'high' chairs that were not comfortable for anything but short periods of sitting. There was no other chair in the room or any where to sit/work except on the creaky bed but one couldn't rest against the headboard area due to a shelf that ran across the built-in integral headboard; the bed was so high I had to hop to get onto it (I'm 5'9"). There was no full length hanging area; no mirror other than over the very small bathroom sink; the chairs were too high and very uncomfortable. The first night and morning I couldn't adjust the heat (the in room control had no impact) and it was very hot; but this was remedied at my request and subsequently the temperature was comfortable. Initially all the reading lights over/next to the bed didn't work; one was replaced and I was told the overhead light would be replaced the following day, but it never was. Lots of noise from the corridor. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Arrived at hotel about 0830 in the morning, no-one on reception. Some foreign cleaners went past and eventually got the receptionist out of the kitchen having her breakfast. Checked in and someone showed me to my apartment, it stunk when I walked inside, as if they had had a big water leak and it was not dry , a real musty bad smell. I told the porter […] it was not the room I had booked and paid for , at least 3 weeks ago as I had booked a courtyard. He called reception and she said it wasnt available and upgraded me to a one bed apartment. Lights didnt work in the bedroom. It was ok but nothing special. "Lovely room for a night"
I stayed in a standard studio room for one night (Nov 30th 2013) with my boyfriend. After booking and reading other comments I requested I not be in a lower ground room however a manager kindly informed me that standard studios are all located on the ground or lower ground floor. This was ok as the room i was in A08 had a little terrace to look out […] at and we were only there a single night. I made a request that something nice be done for us as we were celebrating new jobs and graduation. But nothing extra or celebratory was given. The hotel was nice to hold our bags for us whilst we explored london for the day as check in is not until 2pm. They kindly put our bags in our room for us. The location is great - quick walk to earl's court station and a handy m&s food at the bottom of the road where you can pick up some drinks to put in your fridge! I appreciated the selection of teas, coffees and toiletries provided. The sad couple of apples in my fruit bowl was disheartening but otherwise a lovely room. The extra £25 deposit you have to give them concerned me as there were scratched surfaces (and you never know how seriously this is taken) but I have not been charged for any damages. Overall not the best but definitely not the worst especially as the price was amazing and location was so convenient! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Hotel, Lousy Service"
The room is great, location is convenient, couldn't ask for more in terms of amenities. But can't say much for the service of the staff. Me and my two friends were struggling with our luggages and door to the lobby and the two staff merely stared at us while sitting at the counter. The staff were kind of cold to us throughout our stay. When we had problems […] working the heater (we come from a country which is summer all year round), the staff was really condescending when helping, just short of scoffing at us. If you like nice rooms and a place that doesn't care much for service, this is definitely the place to stay at in London. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Overall, we were very satisfied with this place. It is very well located, the deluxe studio was well maintained and the staff were friendly. The kitchen accessories are complete and there are two Grocery stores close by. The sofa bed was very comfy. The double bed was a bit hard but we managed okay. The bathroom is very small. "Excellent Hotel close to Earls Court Underground"
We recently spend 11 nights at this hotel, staff very friendly, rooms lovely and clean. Hotel is in a good street looking out towards Barksdon Gardens. Earls Court Underground was an easy 5 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to my friends if ever in London.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Oasis in London"
The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 teenagers). It was very spacious. The bedroom and living/dinning/kitchen were outstanding. There was a washer/dryer as well. The washer/dryer takes a long time to do a load - 4 hours- but that is UK thing. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We will definitely stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review

The stay was great! the location was perfect, the hotel rooms were very nice and the service was also great. The only one issue was with the air conditioning in one of the rooms but the other room was very well conditioned.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Presidential Apartments are well located and good value. The room was well equipped. The only thing that we might have wanted to know was that our room was two floors down from the main level, without an elevator for luggage. There was however a doorway to a small patio and stairway so that we did not feel closed in. I would note that the hotel […] provided a daily newspaper of our choice, including the appropriate Sunday paper. This was an unexpected plus. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
A little far away from the hustle and bustle of London although if you don't mind using the tube to travel its not so bad. Very convenient having kitchen and washing facilities. "Ncie rooms but..."
Fully appointed units but increidbly noisy. Asked for a quiet room and was given a downstairs unit that had street noise on one side and housekeeping on the other. The doors do not stay open and bang continuousy throughout the building. Good location near Easls Court Station. Good services for the price demanded.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was situated in a fantastic location just minutes away from Earl's Court station on the Picadilly Line - which is the line direct to key stations such as the Heathrow Airport, St Pancreas, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. It's even direct to Harrod's. Though not situated smack in the London city centre, it is very accessible by the tube. […] The room we got was in the basement which was nicely furnished and spacious for three of us sharing a room. The toilet was a little small but functional with a bath tub. Our only grouse was the lack of space to place toiletries in the bathroom. WIFI was free but the signal could have been better. It works well in the late hours of the night only and drops ever so often - this is probably due to the fact that we were in the basement. Staff members were helpful in helping us move our heavy luggage up and down the stairs, and to store them if you need to. Overall, a pleasant stay and we'd definitely come back again. "Top rate hotel in a great location"
The hotel was in a lovely location, just down the street from Earl's Court underground station (easy walking distance). Gorgeous area & stunning hotel. The staff were very helpful, pleasant & friendly (I had to arrive early then go to the airport & they kept my bags & took them to the room in my absence, allowing me to use the public bathroom to change […] as well). The room/apartment was gorgeous!! Beautifully designed, very modern but warm & welcoming. Having our own cooking facilities was great for sorting our own food out (especially important as my boyfriend had got in from LA & had jetlag) which was convenient & saved money too. One tiny niggle was that there were no pots/pans to cook in, but with the microwave & oven, we managed just fine. A variety of teas & coffees certainly were most welcome too. And if you don't fancy cooking for yourselves, there are pubs, restaurants & bars just at the end of the road to choose from. The apartment itself was very quiet & we really felt like we were in our own little world. Would definitely use again & heartily recommend! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pleasant hotel in great location."
This hotel is ideally located in a pleasant part of London just 2 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station and 5 minutes walk to Earls Court Exhibition Centre. There are various takeaways, shops, Marks & Spencers and pubs nearby. On arrival at the hotel we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment from a studio apartment. When entering the apartment […] the first thing that struck us is the quality of the decor with wooden floors throughout, flatscreen tvs/DVDs in the living room and bedroom with some satellite channels and a nice comfortable bed. The view from the apartment was a pleasant lookout over residents gardens. As other people have mentioned, the kitchen is small and not very well equipped (so small that cutlery, plates and glasses are located in the living room) but is adequate enough to prepare basic meals. There were a few minor issues with the apartment, but nothing that would stop me returning. Firstly, the phones in the apartment wouldn't work. This wouldn't usually bother me but we were told to contact reception via phone if we needed anything. The bathroom needed a little bit of a TLC as there was no plug in the sink and the bathroom cabinet was missing a laminate panel. Only 1 pair of slippers were provided for 2 guests, and strangest of all a £20 deposit was required to rent DVDs. Overall, I would recommend the apartments to anyone looking to stay in London. I have included the downsides to balance the review but would be more than happy to stay again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Review London December 2012"
The hotel itself is in a good location with plenty of local amenities close by. It's a couple of minutes walk to the tube station and buses. The hotel was outfitted in a modern manner with quality bedding used however we found the rooms small and once the double bed and single divan were made up for the kids there was very little room do much else. I […] would see this for use by couples rather than families but if you dont mind the squeeze then children can be accomodated. The main part of this whole experience lacking were the staff. Ask and they would do anything for you however there was a severe lack of hospitality. Just doing their jobs was the attitude we received. Sad because the hotel itself was nice but could be improved greatly with just some smiles and greetings. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
