"Oasis in London"
The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 teenagers). It was very spacious. The bedroom and living/dinning/kitchen were outstanding. There was a washer/dryer as well. The washer/dryer takes a long time to do a load - 4 hours- but that is UK thing. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We will definitely stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location and amenities"
This is an extremely modern, well-equipped hotel. Would be ideal for long stays and group.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Family Retreat in the heart of London"
Ideal place for a family visit to London. The staff are warm and friendly. We had a problem with the internet and the staff were very responsive in resolving the issue. Good deal from Expedia which made it value for money.Genuine Expedia guest review
The stay was great! the location was perfect, the hotel rooms were very nice and the service was also great. The only one issue was with the air conditioning in one of the rooms but the other room was very well conditioned.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Presidential Apartments are well located and good value. The room was well equipped. The only thing that we might have wanted to know was that our room was two floors down from the main level, without an elevator for luggage. There was however a doorway to a small patio and stairway so that we did not feel closed in. I would note that the hotel […] provided a daily newspaper of our choice, including the appropriate Sunday paper. This was an unexpected plus. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
A little far away from the hustle and bustle of London although if you don't mind using the tube to travel its not so bad. Very convenient having kitchen and washing facilities. The room is getting a little worn and it could of been cleaner. If you arrive on an overnight flight, you can expect a very long wait to get a room. We arrived before 7am and […] had to walk around London until 2pm. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel staff were exceptional in all areas. The room was so cramped with no room to put anything. The bed was noisy but comfortable and the bathroom was extremely small you might have trouble fitting if you were a slightly large person, it was a shoe box. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to pubs, station, bus, cafes, shops, etc. […] Easy to get everywhere. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Wonderful stay, would come back."
This is not my first visit to the Presidential Apartments Kensington. I have stayed on two other occasions. The place is well situated and only a short walk to the metro. Handing to restaurants and shops. It is also on the same train line to the airport. I feel safe and secure and the apartments are well equipped. I would recommend to anyone and will […] certainly be returning. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Very good quality apartment. Good location and very handy for Earls Court tube station. Everything you require on your doorstep. Would certainly recommend to others and will stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Ncie rooms but..."
Fully appointed units but increidbly noisy. Asked for a quiet room and was given a downstairs unit that had street noise on one side and housekeeping on the other. The doors do not stay open and bang continuousy throughout the building. Good location near Easls Court Station. Continual parade of staff were not particularly friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Superb Experience ...Will certainly go again"
It was a great experience...My kids travelled to London for the first time and they felt extremely comfortable with the table....This place is very close to Earl's Court Tube and centrally located...The team there was very kind and helpful...Genuine Expedia guest review
"our stay this May"
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to earls court station and near restaurants. However, rooms are very small. Ask for good beds as the one we had was very difficult to sleep on.Genuine Expedia guest review
Good services for the price demanded.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was situated in a fantastic location just minutes away from Earl's Court station on the Picadilly Line - which is the line direct to key stations such as the Heathrow Airport, St Pancreas, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. It's even direct to Harrod's. Though not situated smack in the London city centre, it is very accessible by the tube. […] The room we got was in the basement which was nicely furnished and spacious for three of us sharing a room. The toilet was a little small but functional with a bath tub. Our only grouse was the lack of space to place toiletries in the bathroom. WIFI was free but the signal could have been better. It works well in the late hours of the night only and drops ever so often - this is probably due to the fact that we were in the basement. Staff members were helpful in helping us move our heavy luggage up and down the stairs, and to store them if you need to. Overall, a pleasant stay and we'd definitely come back again. "Top rate hotel in a great location"
The hotel was in a lovely location, just down the street from Earl's Court underground station (easy walking distance). Gorgeous area & stunning hotel. The staff were very helpful, pleasant & friendly (I had to arrive early then go to the airport & they kept my bags & took them to the room in my absence, allowing me to use the public bathroom to change […] as well). The room/apartment was gorgeous!! Beautifully designed, very modern but warm & welcoming. Having our own cooking facilities was great for sorting our own food out (especially important as my boyfriend had got in from LA & had jetlag) which was convenient & saved money too. One tiny niggle was that there were no pots/pans to cook in, but with the microwave & oven, we managed just fine. A variety of teas & coffees certainly were most welcome too. And if you don't fancy cooking for yourselves, there are pubs, restaurants & bars just at the end of the road to choose from. The apartment itself was very quiet & we really felt like we were in our own little world. Would definitely use again & heartily recommend! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pleasant hotel in great location."
This hotel is ideally located in a pleasant part of London just 2 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station and 5 minutes walk to Earls Court Exhibition Centre. There are various takeaways, shops, Marks & Spencers and pubs nearby. On arrival at the hotel we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment from a studio apartment. When entering the apartment […] the first thing that struck us is the quality of the decor with wooden floors throughout, flatscreen tvs/DVDs in the living room and bedroom with some satellite channels and a nice comfortable bed. The view from the apartment was a pleasant lookout over residents gardens. As other people have mentioned, the kitchen is small and not very well equipped (so small that cutlery, plates and glasses are located in the living room) but is adequate enough to prepare basic meals. There were a few minor issues with the apartment, but nothing that would stop me returning. Firstly, the phones in the apartment wouldn't work. This wouldn't usually bother me but we were told to contact reception via phone if we needed anything. The bathroom needed a little bit of a TLC as there was no plug in the sink and the bathroom cabinet was missing a laminate panel. Only 1 pair of slippers were provided for 2 guests, and strangest of all a £20 deposit was required to rent DVDs. Overall, I would recommend the apartments to anyone looking to stay in London. I have included the downsides to balance the review but would be more than happy to stay again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

A nice little hotel very handy for Olympia. didnt dine in so cannot comment on that. beware if you get a basement room the is no mobile signal, although they do have good wifi so could skype the wife and kids fine. I'd stay there againGenuine Expedia guest review

"Review London December 2012"
The hotel itself is in a good location with plenty of local amenities close by. It's a couple of minutes walk to the tube station and buses. The hotel was outfitted in a modern manner with quality bedding used however we found the rooms small and once the double bed and single divan were made up for the kids there was very little room do much else. I […] would see this for use by couples rather than families but if you dont mind the squeeze then children can be accomodated. The main part of this whole experience lacking were the staff. Ask and they would do anything for you however there was a severe lack of hospitality. Just doing their jobs was the attitude we received. Sad because the hotel itself was nice but could be improved greatly with just some smiles and greetings. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location and lovely staff"
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, well maintained and well set up if just a little bit small. The only complaint is that it was too warm. We slept with windows open in December! Nothing was too much trouble for the pleasant and helpful staff. Location is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quiet yet convenient location"
The apartments are located just 2-3 minutes' walk from Earls Court tube station, on a street just off Earls Court Road lined with small hotels. It is very convenient because 3 lines run through Earls Court station - Piccadilly, District and Circle - which means you don't need to change trains to get to many tourist attractions in London. There is an […] M&S Simply Food store, a Sainsbury Local store, and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance along Earls Court Road. Our spacious and modern room had a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a large TV - everything we needed for our stay. There's fairly good wi-fi connectivity which can be used for multiple devices simultaneously. Our only complaint was that the pillows were too soft, and using more pillows did not help. But this is a really a matter of personal preference. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The staff is very kind and helpful, next time I need to go to London I´ll book a room there without any doubt.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent apartment in great setting"
I decided to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel for my overnight stay in London, mainly due to the price being much more competative than the overpriced hotels in the same area. I booked a Studio apartment at the Presidential and was very nicly surprised by my room. It was large, modern and clean. There was a kitchenette, which I didn't use but […] it had verything I would have needed to be self sufficient, a dining room table, sofa, large bed and bathroom. I liked the fact that you got loads of current magazines and newspapers in the room. Tea making facilities and a bag of fresh cookies when I checked in too, plus fruit in the room. Within 10 minutes of my arrival I had a visit from housekeeping to check that everything was OK and if I needd anything, the service was excellent. It was just around the corner from Earls court tube which gave me easy access to get around London. The area had loads of shops, bars and restaurants so you did';t really need to go out of the area in the evening to eat or drink. Would definitely use again and hopefully for a longer period next time. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great fun in London for the Olympics."
This was a last minute trip for me and my family during the Olympics in London. The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. The facility was close to the tube. Parking was available a short walk away at a Marriott hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Location Location Location"
Great location but the beds are extremely uncomfortable - my partner and I didn't sleep properly for 4 days. We asked for a double bed that was really two single beds pushed together.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, price, and comfort"
We were very pleased with the comfort of the room and the service provided. Little touches like magazines to read and a newspaper delivered daily were not expected for the price. Service was great, beds comfortable, everything one might need in the kitchenette, and location great. Only criticism would be the size of the bathroom. Tiny. "A Most Comfortable Stay"
Wooowa. What a surprise. The room was a retreat from the bussel of London. Totally relaxing overlooking a small inner courthard - very quiet. AC worked a treat. I have stayed in a lot of appartments and hotels in London - for the price this is absolutely the best. I would prefer if you did not stay there or read this - however I have for the first time […] commented on a hotel stay. From a business perspective - it was clean, neat, an excellent place to work and catch up on business with HS internet. The kitchen was modestly equipped but functional. This will be my first choice in the future. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Well equipped appartment"
Our basement room was comfortable and beautifully styled, with everything you could want for a couple to be self catering for a short stay. Admittedly we didn't cook but all facilities were spotlesly clean and very modern. No-one on the desk when we arrived, at 10.00 at night. We had to wait about 10 minutes.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Really lovely serviced apartment for 3. Lifts available which is a plus especially in the presence of older parents and heavy luggages. Very clean and well equipped with everything one could possibly need on holiday. Staff extremely polite and helpful, responding to needs very efficiently. Brilliant location, well within walking distance of Earl's Court […] tube station and near to a number of restaurants. Price? Reasonable. The minus points? Our room was in the basement level which is kind of where all the used linen and towels are collected and where all the cleaning takes place. We could hear the cleaners at work early in the morning. Lingering in the air on the basement level is also the smell of cleaning detergent (only along the corridor, there was no smell problem in the room). Strangely, there was also no shower curtain in the bathroom- needless to say, the bathroom got pretty wet after every shower. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Very nice apartments in a great location. Very quiet at night.Genuine Expedia guest review
Stayed 4 nights husband & I with a toddler. Location..perfect for tube lines, station with a lift for pushchairs, plenty of shops, restaurants to either take back to room or dine out. Situated on a lovely quiet street. Staff : reception very nice and bell boy very helpful. No worries about storing luggage prior to check in or check out. The room itself […] was comfortable. I would liked to of had the floors cleaned further with tiles in bathroom requiring to be replaced here and there. Only negative was the bathroom.."Couldn't swing a cat" in it. To enter the bathroom (i'm a slim person) you must enter sideways just to get to the toilet. Then if you are looking to bath a child..contortionist springs to mind!! The walls are a bit thin so if you have a child sleeping in the living room and a family next door crying may take a bit longer to sleep. Sofa bed was hard to lie on. Personally I would say its time for a lick of paint. Loved having the washing machine, if only they provided a little bit of washing powder. Can't exactly buy a couple of tablets for a short stay in supermarkets unless you take it with you. Dishwasher tablets are provided plus fairy liquid. Ps I stayed on ground floor but I found couples tend to be put on the lower ground floor. If so, no view. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Don't unpack in a hurry.."
Our initial impression of our room, A09, was all positive. It was spacious, very well equipped It had plenty of storage and work space. It was also nice to find fresh fruit in the room. Then we looked in the bathroom. It was unbelievably dirty. It wasn't as though they forgot to clean it after the last tenant, it looked as though it had never been cleaned. […] There were multiple rust stains on the floor on either side of the toilet from the toilet brush holder. The other obvious feature was the lack of shower curtain. Needless to say, after we both showered, the bathroom floor was flooded. Because of the bathroom problems they moved us to A06. A06 was similar to A09 just smaller. The bathroom was identical except it was clean and there was a glass shower screen. We were happy and moved in. Sometime later we noticed a strong musty smell coming from the bathroom. Easy to fix, we just kept the bathroom door closed. We strongly suspect that the occupants of A09 and A06 just exchanged rooms. We'd love to know how they got on. The Presidential Apartments have a lot going for them. Great location & great facilities. Just check your room carefully before you unpack. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

The apartment had everything we required to make our stay comfortable. The location close to the tube, shops and pubs was ideal. We would us these apartments again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would not recommend"
The bathroom floor was dirty. The duvet on the comforter had not been changed. The front desk could not even tell me how to get to the Tower of London via the Tube. The bed was not a king size. There were no twin beds in the room. It was a love seat that pulled out and was suppose to fit two people--really??? My advice is to look into other places to […] stay in Kensington because it is a nice area. Really close to the underground and lots of restaurants to choose from. There is a Best Western down the street--might be better. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Is time that London learn what is value for money"
I got upset when the staff removed my luggage from the room into storage without informing me in advance! On arrival I was told that I can check out until 14.00 hours . I was back at 13.00 hours and my luggage was in storage without advising me at least by phone!Genuine Expedia guest review
(1) The service level by its front desk staff is very bad. They are not helpful. This is a definite drop in the hotel service level when i stayed in a year ago for a week.
