I was almost sceptical about the hotel but was blown away right from the beginning. I was greeted by a uniformed chauffeur and another suited gentleman at the airport to escort me to my car. They were so professional and courteous. The interiors of the hotel were again serene and beautiful . My room and bathroom were tastefully decorated clean. Front desk was professional and efficient. Free breakfast every morning had a great spread of both continental and indian...the spa is a definite must do...All staff from bell boys to front desk managers were very pleasant and eager to please, service was 5 star quality, making my vacation very memorable.

Being a new hotel that just opened recently the quality of service from servers at the 3 restaurants I ate at needs improvement. On multiple occassions it took a long time to receive the bill (up to 20 minutes), drink refills or other requests. The main buffet restaurant could offer more western options as well because sometimes this was very limited depending on the day. Aside from restaurant service improvements the hotel was excellent.

The hotel offered: free Wi-fi and free dinner and free breakfast with our room. That was a good deal. It was a wide variety of good food offered. The staff was very helpful. The location was in a busy section of Chennai but our room was very quiet. A 4* hotel conveniently located in T Nagar within 15 minutes of shopping areas. The buffet breakfast is very good and accommodates a variety of requirements. The reception staff are quite helpful. I would certainly stay here again.
