Beautiful gardens. Room was a bit small for what we paid for. Excellent butler service. I had a bit of a cold and the butler brought me some herbal drink which was nice. What was annoying is that you had to go through security everytime you came in the hotel but that was the same everywhere in Hyderabad.

A great place to stay. Michael the Front Desk Manager is outstanding - knowledgeable and very personable. He ensured I was well taken care of in the hotel as well as when traveling around the city. The food in the hotel Cafe was wonderful. The only little spot for improvement. There is a mildew smell in the hallway, and sometimes in the room. I think it is from the air-conditioning. There is great shopping close by. The hotel is set back from the busy street so it is quite.
